The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

Beautiful house. There were 8 of us and the house served us very well. The view of the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, she sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. My only addition would be the mega ramp to access the house. Keep this in mind, as it is extremely muddy and it was quite difficult to get out (we even had to deflate the car tires).

The house is delicious , the place is very quiet and great for resting. We hired Bianca housekeeper during our stay and it was great!

The house is simply perfect, it is beautiful, super comfortable, well maintained and full of details that show the whim that the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, it perfectly suited me and my family, with en-suites equipped with air-conditioning, TV, fan, pillows, toilet paper, mat, all with a workbench and cozy decor. The kitchen is beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and cups, nothing was missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a separate differential, with separate height adjustment for each environment, awesome!! The heated pool is not even mentioned, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy it a lot because it was heated, even at night. If it weren't heated, we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Besides the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

Second time we stayed at one of Sandra's properties, and it was impeccable again. Decoration, coziness, everything thought out with great affection and elegance.

The day before Giovanna already gave us all the instructions about check-in, entering the house, places like markets, cafes and restaurants, always very proactive, attentive and helpful. Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

For those who want tranquility, the Narnia retreat is the perfect option. The house is super complete, well-equipped, clean, a huge yard, for those who have pets it is an excellent option. The barbecue area is very good, and the jacuzzi is perfect, extremely relaxing. House with privacy and a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are very attentive and kind. Super I indicate the location.

I've stayed in a lot of Airbnb rentals over the years and have mostly had great experiences. This one was the VERY BEST EVER. Imagine being in a city twice the size of New York with an amazing cultural life all around and yet feeling like you are in a country house surrounded by nature. This is how I felt during my stay in Inês's chalé. The chalé is not fancy, but it is very comfortable and was designed with great taste. As a host, Inês was wonderful-- super helpful, friendly, and great with communication. I like to come to São Paulo at least once a year-- usually in June-- and I hope to stay here again if it's available. I LOVED THIS PLACE!

House just like the photos, clean house, organized, appliances working, several kitchen utensils, clean pool, very good space for leisure and rest. André was very friendly and helpful, and made us feel very comfortable in the house.

The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was perfect and communication with Víctor was excellent. 100% recommended!

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I will recommend the house to anyone who wants a nice place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is completely fenced, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. You can play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and still relax. Second time I've stayed with Ludmila. As in the previous time, everything was impeccable. Ludmila is very quick to respond. Everything went as planned and the stay was perfect.

The house is impeccable ! I forgot I was in São Paulo, very tasteful and complete! Nothing is missing, extremely elegant, and comfortable!

We had a fantastic stay at Aline’s place. The space was large and spacious. With two bedrooms, three toilets, and two showers there was just so much space The kitchen was amply and very neatly supplied making it so easy to cook at home. There were even plenty of containers for leftovers! The tile floors kept the place cool and there are ceiling fans in the bedroom as well. There’s also a portable fan and an air cooler for extra cooling. Note there is no air conditioning. But above it all is Aline! Aline is an absolute rock star. She was outside to greet us and show us in. She was incredibly accommodating when we needed some wiggle room on timing. She sent us great recommendations for the neighborhood. Aline is the type of host Airbnb guests dreams of—warm, welcoming, and understanding. Knowing you get a great host is a huge pull for us. Strong recommendation for Aline!

The lodging is amazing. Corresponds to the photos, extremely clean, very equipped and Leandro is an excellent host. Great getaway within São Paulo. I'll definitely go back.

SIMPLY THE BEST AIRBNB HOME! 😍😍😍😍 I had an amazing experience at this house in Bertioga! I was really amazed by the architecture and beauty of the place — everything was very well thought out and extremely tasteful. Juliana, the host, left everything impeccable for our arrival. We went to celebrate a friend's bachelor party and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The house is super spacious, with many comfortable rooms, ideal for large groups and families! The heated pool was one of the great highlights — delicious and perfect any time of year. It was undoubtedly the best house I've ever been to on Airbnb. I recommend it with my eyes closed!
