At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. And we speak from experience because during the renovation of our own house, we lived in it ourselves! 🏡 Also check out our website! The accommodation is located in a rural area, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. Warten is located in the triangle of Leeuwarden, Heerenveen and Drachten in the Alde Feanen nature park. The houseboat is comfortable and has a living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and storage room. The kitchen has a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and oven. The ark is located on a large spacious garden facing south.

U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

Chances are you'll see roe deer, but the bittern is not easily seen, but you will undoubtedly hear it. It is a rather shy bird that camouflages itself well among the reeds. The apartment is fully equipped. The surrounding area offers many sailing, hiking and biking possibilities.
