Tällaiseen majapaikkaan ei Airbnb:ssä usein törmää. Yli 130-vuotias hirsimökki Suvannon kulttuuriperintömaisemassa vie asukkaansa aikamatkalle 1800-luvun peräpohjalaiskylään. Kohde sopii parhaiten Lapin luonnon, historian ja hiljaisuuden ystävälle, joka ei pelkää talvella pimeää eikä kesällä sääskiä. Please note: there is no public transportation to the village, no toilet in the main building, nor a shower. There is a separate sauna building outside and a traditional outhouse behind the sauna.

Koivulan talo sijaitsee rakennushistoriallisesti arvokkaassa Suvannon kylässä, jossa vanhimmat rakennukset ovat 1800-luvun lopulta. Pretty and cosy wooden cottage with sauna in peaceful environment. The cottage is located 31km from Rovaniemi city centre. Because of the location outside all the city lights, this is a perfect location to see the northern lights. The best chances to see the the northern lights is during a clear sky without clouds. There are also different forecasts that you can guugle to estimate the possibility of seeing northern ligts. There is a monument of silence built near by.

Luonnonkauniilla Kemijoen rantatörmällä Rovaniemeltä noin tunnin ajomatka, 65 km Kuusamoon päin. Bussiyhteys kerran vuorokaudessa. Suosittelen auton vuokraamista. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.

Our igloos are 32m² in size and can accommodate two to four persons. The motorized double bed is directly under the glass ceiling. Separate extra beds are made from the sofa. All igloos are equipped with a toilet and a shower, a TV, a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing. All rooms have a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, cooking hobs, dinnerware and cutlery, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.

Tule nauttimaan Lapin kauniista luonnosta Luoston Karpaloon. Loma-asunto sijaitsee n. 1,5km päässä kaupoista ja ravintoloista. Luoston uimarannalle vain 200m mistä löytyy myös paras paikka katsella revontulia. Nauti olostasi tunnelmallisen takkatulen loisteessa ja hyppää omasta saunasta vaikka kierähtämään lumihangessa.
