Our second stay and a great place to stay in Sydney's adjacent inner city. All the quality facilities we needed for a week+ long stay, including essential provisions (and a complementary bottle of wine 😀) Close to a great range of shops & facilities within easy walking distance in Annandale. Great transport links to the city and adjacent suburbs nearby. With family nearby, we will be back!

We spent a great weekend in Jenna’s studio. The location is convenient; close to both the airport and the city centre. It is only a 10 minute walk to Crown Street and its trendy eateries and, if you fancy a longer walk, you can reach the botanical gardens for views of the Opera House and Sydney Bridge. Central station is only a 10 minute walk away and from there you can pretty much reach anywhere in Sydney. The converted garage is cosy and very clean. It also has breakfast bits (like coffee, granola, yogurt, porridge and milk) which were super appreciated. We were there in cold winter days and there is a AC/Heater unit to keep warm. We absolutely had everything we needed, thanks Jenna 😊

Heather is an amazing host. She was quick to reply and having parking passes to help with the parking in the close proximity was great. Bed was super comfortable and the unit has everything you need. We were comfortable during our stay. We saw Heather a few times and she was lovely and very easy to chat with. Walking distance to many places and close proximity to public transport.

Very neat and great location. Felt at home especially with the kids that were able to make use of back yard with trampoline and toys. Host was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed.

George’s place was in a great location and was the perfect place for our little family to stay. He was really considerate and thoughtful from the snacks to leaving the gate open so we could pack the car easily when it rained on our last day. Would highly recommend!

Lovely place to stay away from the busy Sydney CBD. Kylie was very thorough in her instructions making the process very easy.

This accommodation was exactly as described and the owners have put a lot of thought in to this Scandinavian Style Granny Flat which we feel has everything you could possibly want and more! We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation and would definitely book it again and recommend to our friends.

Right in the heart of Paddington, yet quiet, and with views across trees to the harbour. The morning sun floods in and being able to hand feed visiting rainbow lorikeets is a bonus. Henry has gone out of his way with first class furnishings and lots of little touches to make this a comfortable and relaxing place to stay…a true 5-star experience!

Enjoyed our stay at Davin’s, nice and comfortable, plenty of room, inside and outside. Will certainly stay here again.

I stayed here with my partner for our anniversary and Ellen made sure that our stay was very special. She was even able to complete our extra request. The cottage was very clean and very well spaced out, however dining was a bit difficult as there wasn’t a coffee table or dining table due to the space and the shower hot water didn’t last very long. The hot tub was amazing and very easy to use and heated up very fast. The bbq was very easy to use and worked amazingly. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely recommend staying here. Jeff was very accommodating and let us check in early for a wedding on the same day, the place was really private and perfect for our little stay.

We stayed here for 5 days and would highly recommend. It is located just a stones throw from the beach, and has great public transport routes to get to the CBD. Jenny was a very responsive and informative host and the whole check in/out process was easy. The place was clean and just like the photos!

I really couldn’t fault Tess’s place! I’ve been in many airbnbs and this place is a little gem with a little garden oasis and a beautiful view of the sea! Tess is fantastic and I hope our family has the chance to visit again soon. The place is exquisite!

Absolutely fantastic hospitality! Han and Xin were super responsive and flexible with my check in. Instructions were clear and they always communicated with me. Most of all, the place is cozy, clean and luxurious. The beautiful heritage building with modern amenities is superb. The Burwood train station is a short 15 min walk pass multiple shops and restaurants. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We had a great stay at Mary's place. very close to downtown Sydney but still in a nice quiet tucked away neighborhood. The home is nicely kept, modern/updated, clean, and has all the commodities a travelor would need.

Loved my stay at this Mosman gem;)! Thank you Belinda for a great stay, I really enjoyed your house and the few days I got to spend in it. Communication was great, the place felt luxurious and cozy and wish I could have stayed longer. Felt right at home! A personality touch both in decoration and in kitchen supplies etc. Two things worth mentioning that at least I didnt know beforehand; the owner lives in the back/on first floor of the house so occassionally you will hear someone/tv. The other thing is that the bathroom is- as mentioned- separate you have to go through an extra door/stairs. Both things are no reason to not book but just good to know! It didnt bother me. Book if you’ve got a chance!

I really enjoyed my stay at Nadia's place. The place was comfortable and inviting. The outdoor shower was nice and lovely hot water. The 2 nights I stayed were cold outside, so cozy inside with the aircon set on heating, and the extra blankets. Also Nadia provided basic breakfast, milk in that fridge and cereal or porridge in the cupboard, plus tea and coffee, which was great.

One of the best places I’ve stayed. The breakfast and the amenities provided were excellent. Will book through here on my next visit to Sydney.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location couldn’t be better, so close to Bondi beach and all it has to offer. The place itself was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. John was also great at communicating and helped us with anything we asked. Would definitely stay here again!

Hannah's place was perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate a significant birthday. It was easy to get to by public transport, and Hannah's instructions for accessing and use of facilities were clear. She also kindly allowed us to checkin a bit early and checkout late, which fit conveniently into our itinerary. We were able to walk to the beach and shops easily, yet have a quiet and comfortable room for the night. Highly recommended for couples and retirees.

John is hands down one of the best and most responsive hosts I’ve ever encountered. Before check-in, he sent me detailed navigation instructions, making it super easy to find the place. He also provided clear, step-by-step check-in instructions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I had a very early tour the next morning, and he kindly offered me a ride—such a thoughtful gesture! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous—spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and has everything you need. And oh my goodness, the bed! So comfy, and the pillows were perfect. I slept like a baby every night. The bathroom was also beautifully designed and very clean, with great water pressure and temperature—such a treat. The space has a fridge and microwave, which were perfect for simple meals and storing snacks. The location is super convenient. It’s close to public transport for easy access to the city, with lots of great cafes, restaurants, a g
