Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sutherland Shire Council

What a great place! Fantastic deck overlooking the water. I think I spent most of my time out there even in the evening. The living area is very spacious with places to relax and eat indoors. The house is only a short stroll into Bundeena and the beaches. I didn’t have a problem with the steps up to the house but they can be challenging especially carrying heavy bags. Overall a beautiful place to stay. I loved it.

This is a beautiful new house, very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommended for children too.

Our stay in Kyle Bay was the highlight of our trip. The entire home is absolutely stunning and the amenities are plentiful. Our only wish was that we stayed our entire trip at this property. It's proximity to the city, and all the fun things to do south of Sydney, really make this the perfect location. The home is beyond what you could ask for and the hosts were flexible and responsive. We cannot wait to book this property the next time we visit.

Came with my husband, baby, both sets of grandparents, and two friends for my baby’s baptism and it was perfect place to be as a group. Lovely spaces inside and outside. Fire place outside was a favourite for us. Would 100% recommend and rebook. We did arrive to find a trampoline in the living room, which would have been great for kids, but Shara moved it within 15mins when we mentioned it wasn’t ideal for our party. Shara was flexible with timings of check in, and when I wasn’t getting her texts with checkin details she promptly came to the house to check we were sorted and talk through everything. Great host, great house. Would not be ideal for people who don’t like cats/have allergies, but great for those who enjoy a furry friend.

Kathryn is the best host I have dealt with to date! Kathryn was very responsive and very welcoming! The baked goodies left in the kitchen for our stay was such a lovely touch. Kathryn was also very flexible with check in and check out times. I would highly recommend staying at Kathryn’s place!

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

Beautiful apartment with panoramic views of shell cove and beyond. The garden in front of the building offers a peaceful and private waters edge perspective of Sydney harbour. We were lucky to be there during vivid and could see fireworks on the harbour while sitting at the dinner table. The apartment is cosy and comfortable with a traditional charm to the architecture. Lovely stay.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in an ideal location - walkable to everything buzzy in Bondi or the smaller more peaceful beaches in the other direction (Tama, Bronte, etc). Perfect location a short walk from Tamarama beach and the VIEW!!! Apartment is lovely and modern inside, very comfortable and feels very private. Victoria was an incredible host and managed to arrange an early check in and late check out when she found out my flight times. Would absolutely stay again!
