Community amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball and basketball courts. Enjoy the newly renovated first-floor primary ensuite bedroom, while your guests find solace in the two additional bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. Also, on a first floor is a half bath, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch and patio.

The Sand Pebble is a 3 story home located 1 block from the boardwalk / ocean and 2 short blocks from the main street in Bethany Beach built in 2019. It is the perfect home for multi-generational guests, a few couples or a large family. It is decorated with relaxation in mind, using teals, blues and coastal prints. The Sand Pebble will be decorated for the Winter Holiday seasons. This home is pet-free to accommodate my family members and guests with extreme allergies.
