House vacation rentals in Sussex County

After the hustle and bustle of working near the city, this home was a much needed peaceful retreat. Spacious; Comfortable; Large bed to sink into at the end of the night; and peaceful grounds. We had our two toy poodles with us and they had a treat running the fenced in yard. If the weather cooperated, we would have been in the pool. Next time-;)

We spent an incredible weekend at the Milford House. Everything was perfect. Tommy is an excellent host who was always attentive to our needs. Friends from out of the country came to stay, and renting this house to share was an excellent choice. I will definitely rent this house again to spend a relaxing weekend in the mountains. Thank you, Tommy, for such excellent service. House was big enough to accommodate a crowd of 10 people.

Spent a weekend here with friends and had an awesome time. Yevgeniy was extremely accommodating, and responded to any questions very quickly. I would 100% come back.

We came up for a golf trip at all crystal springs golf courses. This house was perfect for the 8 guys. House was clean and in a great location for the golf courses. Would recommend anyone going to the area for skiing or golf. Khalilah was extremely responsive and was ready to help with anything we needed. Awesome trip!!!!

We had an incredible time celebrating my wife's birthday! The property had something for everyone from a huge yard & tennis court to an amazing pool area. The house was immaculately clean, well maintained, and offered plenty of space for both fun & relaxation. Jackie was incredibly responsive, providing helpful directions, answering our questions, and offering great local recommendations. We plan to stay again very soon, highly recommend!!

I had fun a Susan's place, me and some friends celebrated my bday there and it was very memorable and we enjoyed the activities in the area.

This is a great home with plenty of space and much attention has been paid to make your stay comfortable, the stay was excellent and Fonseca was extremely quick to respond to our text messages. Highly recommended to others.

Our family of five just stayed at this beautiful house for Columbus Day weekend. It was very clean, big and comfortable, in a super quiet area. Very nice outdoor terrace and grill. My boys very much enjoyed the pool table. Great kitchen. There are clear instructions all over the house which made it easy to comply. Pranjal and her team were very attentive and responsive. We'd love to come back soon!

Nice place!! Gets really buggy and night, but is out in the country so kinda expected. Briana responded really quickly to all of our problems and got the fixed within 24 hours. Lots of space and everything was really nice!! Would stay here again💛

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay. We gazed out at turkeys, deer and all types of wildlife every morning. Garret & Chad’s place is less than 10 min from the local winery with plenty of hiking nearby. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. Our kids had a blast! When one issue came up that was out of the hosts’ control, they were proactively communicative and provided an alternative perk. We plan to come back with family!

We had a lovely stay at this house! The view was beautiful and it was surround by great restaurants. We wished we were able to come during a warmer month to enjoy the outdoor section and the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at this peaceful, beautiful lake house. The hosts were great in all communication and prep for our stay. Very accommodating and sincere. Response times were fast and thoughtful. Beautiful home and peaceful, clean lake. Well organized kitchen and very nice bedrooms. Upfront instructions and check out was a super breeze (no pressure to do a ton of chores like other places). This place reminded me of the lakehouses my family used to rent when I was a kid. It made me feel right at home. Lots of space, great view, awesome location 10min away from a great market with everything you need while still being surrounded by nature. We also loved the reading material. Our stay was a cozy couples weekend but would also be great for a family trip or a get together with friends. Honestly this was an amazing deal price wise, I felt like we got way more value than what we paid. Thanks, Sam!

Christine's lakeside home was just as described - peaceful, beautiful and comfy. We enjoyed being right on the water, utilizing the gorgeous backyard area and dock. The extra amenities (kayaks, paddleboard, lifejackets, towels) were so appreciated! And everything you may need (or forgot!) is a quick ride away. Be sure the try Yesterdays Irish Bar, a quick 15 minutie drive - great food and service. There was no washer, so do ensure you prepare. Overall, absolutely wonderful stay and would recommend fully!

Shariq was very flexible and accommodating with my group's needs. We were looking for a place to spend New Year together with friends. We needed a place where folks could co-work, and still socialize. The house was perfect, in that we could split into smaller groups to do our own thing, the toddler could take naps in a separate room without disruption, and the surroundings were beautiful. I would like to return when the weather is nice and I can actually take advantage of the beautiful lake right in the back yard!

The house was perfect for us. The grill area/ summer kitchen was awesome! We enjoyed our stay. Everything was seamless.

This was one of my favorite places to stay! Absolutely beautiful location, and lovely home with everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised by everything in the kitchen - seemed recently stocked with an air fryer, pots and pans, and plenty of cooking utensils - and the couches were very nice and comfortable, which is not always the case with airbnbs. Santino was also a very communicative host who checked in on us, was very responsive, and took out the kayaks and paddle board equipment so it was ready for us when we arrived. Zero complaints and a very comfortable stay.

We had a lovely weekend. View is amazing, house very homey. Overall a great place.

Not only was the house that we stayed in amazing with beautiful surroundings, the neighbors were also great and very friendly, which made the stay that much more enjoyable.
