We stayed for an athletic event nearby. We appreciated that the accommodations were pet friendly so we could travel with a dog. The space was decently sized and very clean. The furnishings were very basic but workable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The mattresses are on the softer side (depending on your preference you may or may not like this). We were on the first floor and the walls were a little thin and we could hear our upstairs neighbors at times, which for us was not ideal because we had early evenings/early mornings. We otherwise had a very comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Steven place! The property was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to water parks and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Steven was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The little touches, like [mention any specific details you appreciated, e.g., fresh towels, local recommendations, snacks], really made the experience special. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay in Vernon New Jersey I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I have stayed at many air bnb's in NJ, especially this area since I have family here. I am so happy that I have found one that I plan to return to again and again. Everything was excellent and exactly as expected.

This is the second time my husband and I booked with Alev. It was just as enjoyable and beautiful, even though the sun didn't come out as much as it did last time. Fishing was good, using the kayaks was fun, enjoyed nearby stores and restaurants, and it was good to catch up with Alev, all in all a great time!

This place is great! located in a private area and peaceful. Pankaj is a fantastic host, very responsive and shows care for his guests. The location is perfect as you are located close enough to the main area to grab food or whatever you need but far enough away that you dont hear any of the hustle bustle. It was a beautiful place near the Lake and very spacious.

I stayed here for six weeks while I was working in New Jersey. So, although I could not take advantage of all that the area offered, I had a relaxing place to stay. The best for me was morning coffee on the deck before I had to go off to work each day. Rafael is a great host and responds quickly if there is an issue. There were a couple of small things, but nothing that Rafael could have anticipated. The place is described accurately and Rafael confirms at booking that you understand the downsides of the apartment (stairs down from the street) and the noise from the tenant upstairs in an old house. The stairs provided a daily workout (and encourages you not to forget anything). The noise is simply occasional footsteps from someone moving around and nothing more. The dog is small and very friendly, and I did not hear him once. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place right on the lake with great views, this is it.

I absolutely love the town of Boonton and all the restaurants and cafes within walking distance. My stay was perfect and peaceful despite a rough travel start dealing with the Newark Airport mess (made national news for over a week). The host even helped me navigate from JFK after being rerouted from Newark to there. It was either $300 to UBER or take 3 hours under $30, I choose the latter with the help of the host. Highly recommend this airbnb if you want a peaceful and quiet place in a kindhearted town, with lots of food options!

Out stay at Nicole’s was perfect for our Spartan race weekend. Beautiful grounds and a beautiful place. We had a great time.

Great place to stay! Beautiful view, easy to get in and out of and perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Clean, spacious living room and clutter free. It was a very hot weekend and the apartment did very hot during the day since there was no air conditioning. Nights were ok as we did bring a window fan which helped significantly. Just plan ahead! Would stay there again if we were back in the area.

We truly enjoyed our time in Montague. Lisa and Mark are wonderful hosts, anticipating and catering to our every need. The space met our needs perfectly and we had a most comfortable and relaxed time there. We will definitely book here again the next time we are in the area.

Amy and her family were lovely and generous. I was appreciated the comfortable bed and couch after a long work day. May have to pick up one of the beautiful quilts on the bed! High recommend this apartment as It’s great for long stays as Amy had a wonderful closet and kitchen set up! I was there during the snow and driveway and path were constantly snow free! The only thing to know is the path to the apartment is beautiful pavers and rocks. This is only a heads up to consider which bag / size/type you use during your stay. I only say this because I had a huge rolling suitcase that was not fun to roll on the rocks :)

Joe was a great host! He had great communication and his place was exactly as pictured! Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There was a dirty spot on the bed sheet and a dental floss in the washer (I did not reach out to Joe about either) but other than that the entire place was clean! For a winter stay,the fireplace was a nice feature that we used and greatly enjoyed. Definitely would stay at Joe's place again!!

Jay is an extremely generous and thoughtful host and his place is very comfortable, well stocked with everything you might need and in a beautiful area. It may feel off the beaten path (which isn't a bad thing) but it was honestly very easy to get to all the places I need to go. I would highly recommend Jay's place and would stay there again if the need arises. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

We loved Black Creek Sanctuary! This was a family friendly rental that made travelling with kids fun and easy. Joe's rental has everything we needed to enjoy our visit with family.

This rental was perfect for our needs for 2 nights. Comfortable bed, blackout curtains, quiet spot during the off season. Everything was as described or better. It was rainy and cold so we didn’t use the outdoor pool. Underground parking was nice given the rainy weather. Fitness center was well equipped. I would stay here again if we were in the area. Husband is hiking the Appalachian Trail and this was a good meeting spot close to several trail crossings.

Great Stay - Wonderful mountain condo complex. Comfortable couch, nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to bars, restaurants and hiking trails. Kitchen was a little tight, but equipped with modern appliances. Very quiet at night, no traffic or neighborhood noises. Comfortable beds. Living room is nice size, and a great hang. Overall a great spot.
