Welcome ! Put down your suitcases for a night or a few days in peace, just 25 minutes from Montpellier and 30 minutes from the beaches. Two independent accommodations available in a quiet area, which communicate through the garden, ideal for families or friends who wish to be together but independent: a studio and a large one-bedroom apartment. Private terraces and gardens, and private access to the swimming pool (with timetables). Animals are welcome Smoking areas are dedicated outdoors.

Our beautifully restored large five bedroom 12th century mas, will meet all your requirements of a historic but modern home away from home whilst still giving you a real 'French Mas' experience. With vaulted ceilings, exposed stone walls, modern kitchen, alfresco dining space, swimming pool and easy access to the medieval town of Montpellier. Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

Located in Sussargues in Hérault, in the heart of the vineyards and the Garrigues, 25 minutes from Montpellier and the beach, in a small village with all amenities, this studio will make you travel thanks to its decoration. The studio is attached to our house where we live with our 2 children. Pleasant pool, treated with salt, out of sight. Garden and large terrace.

Located in Sussargues, a small village between Montpellier and Nîmes, this beautiful 287 m² residence (accommodating 12 to 16 people) enjoys an ideal position between the Mediterranean Sea (15 min from the beaches), Pic Saint Loup and the Camargue.
