The great room is one space with all the kitchen amenities, dining room table couch and TV/DVD. Three additional air mattresses extends your sleeping space for up to four more guests. Private one acre, quiet setting just 80 feet off Sunshine Lake. Take advantage of ice fishing for Rainbow Trout in the winter and snow shoes or cross country skiing through wooded trails. Great snow machine cabin too! Summer months are great for non-motorized boats.

This downstairs space of the duplex has many amenities that include but are not limited to a high-quality bed, heated floors, waterfall shower with stone floor, full kitchen for cooking, outdoor seating, shared outdoor fire pit (wood provided), beautiful grass yard, and more. The building is a duplex with a unit upstairs and a unit downstairs. It is likely you could hear upstairs guests, specifically during their water use when showering or washing laundry. Talkeetna Downtown Green House

This little green house is walking distance to downtown Talkeetna. It is on a quiet dead end road perpendicular to the village airstrip. There is plenty of parking in a long driveway next to the house off the road. There is a fire pit and wood in the backyard. It is comfortable for 2 people, however, 4 people could make it work since there is a couch that can be pulled out to a bed. It has a Smart TV with Roku, a full kitchen, W/D, bathtub/shower and wifi. Pets are allowed.

Our cabin is in a private wilderness setting on a beautiful stream. There is a wood-fired sauna for your use and it’s located a mere 50 yards from the cabin. In mid-July through mid-September salmon often swim by your deck. Our single room streamside cabin rests on the Southfork branch of Montana Creek, built from local spruce and birch. We do not have television or hot running water; our bathroom is a cozy outhouse.
