Vacation rentals with a home theater in Surfers Paradise

The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and in a fantastic location close to everything you’d want in Burleigh. Chris was truly one of the kindest and most caring hosts we’ve ever had — so thoughtful, communicative, and genuinely invested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The space was stylish and well-equipped, and little touches like the board games and streaming setup made it feel like home. It’s also walking distance to great restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach — we couldn’t have asked for a better base.

Extremely well furnished, new and comfortable apartment in an amazing location. The view from the apartment along Greenmount, Rainbow Bay and Snapper was unreal and being close to shops and restaurants was very convenient with a young family. Will definitely stay again.

Very happy with our stay. Fantastic location with kids. So much to do and Jackson had provided all the items needed for the activities available in the Resort such as golf balls/clubs, basketball, tennis balls/rackets, Nintendo Switch etc. Well equipped for kids with high chair, toddler step, plastic plates etc. It is on the 3rd level, so lots of stairs. But worth it. Beautifully decorated, very comfy beds and stylish fittings. A little oasis. Amazing pools and Resort editions such as a cinema, cafe, water slides… fun! We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to rebooking next time.

The apartment was a great space for me and my parents! We made many great memories there and were very happy with everything :) we were given late checkout 12pm which is very rare for people to give so we were very appreciative of that! Overall a great stay and would love to stay again :)

thank you for our stay, we had a great time with family. Public transport close by as well as easy access for Ubers. Kitchen spacious and well appointed. We were so busy that it was nice to return to the apartment to relax before a peaceful comfortable sleep. The kids enjoyed the pools and had plenty of swims. with lovely tropical surrounds and a bar or cafe which ever one preferred.

Thanks for a great stay. Know TB well and it’s just as we need for our family. Nice and quiet back from the rd, in another holiday world when in the complex.

we are a group for 2 adults, 2 eldery and 2 small children. We love this place the moment we reach the apartment. Julie, being a mum, knows the little things that parents need. the view is fantastic, superb location and good apartment facilities. we love her place and definitely worth what you are paying for. thank you julie.

Amazing place with killer views, and next to pretty much everything, easily one of the most convenient places to stay at surfer’s.

Korn was always very approachable and got back to us quickly. The house was perfect for 3 families, however there were a few items we needed that weren’t available. We have let Korn know about these and he is going to rectify this

Beautiful house, quiet neighbourhood, room for everyone! Each bedroom had an ensuite which was fantastic. The chandelier was definitely an incredible piece! The garage door played up on us and wasn’t opening and closing properly but didn’t affect our stay.

We had 6 adults and 2 kids stay comfortably for 4 nights. Comfortable beds and clean spaces. Walking distance to restaurants, spa and of course the beach!

Had a lovely stay. In a quiet location near the park but also close to city and south bank. Easy to get to the train to get around. The house was spotless and had heaps of room for the lot of us. So we could not get in each other’s space. Loved having a movie night with the huge projector and us all spread out in the recliners. Joy the host was very helpful and communicative without being too in your face. Loved all the little touches. My kids enjoyed finding the Easter eggs hidden around the house and that added a bit of fun. The driveway is steep and the internal stairs are many, so I did have to listen to my lazy teenagers whining, but apart from that we had a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing beach house! It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our three families, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location was super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and only a quick walk to the beach. One of the highlights was definitely the cinema room, which the kids (and adults!) absolutely loved. A perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location and close to a lot of attractions. Lot’s of kangaroos in the backyard as well

This place was so enjoyable. Originally built in the 60’s (?) I was thoroughly impressed with how the whole house was built for the express purpose of hosting large groups. We were 5 siblings and partners celebrating together our mums 90th birthday. We loved the many different living/dining and entertainment areas and had the most enjoyable time especially on the Friday night in the separate movie theatre/media/bar building adjacent to the main house. We played pool, danced, sang, laughed lots and just enjoyed being together. The whole weekend was unforgettable and we’re so glad we found this place. An added treat was getting to see a couple of local wallabies grazing outside over the weekend. Thank you to the hosts for a great venue….We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it !

Peter has been the most exceptional host. Very easy to communicate with before booking the house and leading into the booking date. The house was so spacious and allowed for a comfortable feeling to lounge and sleep. It has EVERYTHING you would ever need. The most equipped kitchen with everything you need for dinning and entertainment for an event. A small problem came up during the stay and Peter was quick to offer immediate assistance if needed. Which was much appreciated but not necessary for the remainder of the stay. Couldn’t speak more highly of the stay and appreciate Peter’s amazing accomodation.

Maree was a fantastic hostess. She catered for breakfast. There was a cup tea or coffee waiting for us. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom had beautiful views. we loved watching the black swans passing by. Walking distance to the shops. Very beautiful, handy to the many

The apartment is so close to the train station and walkable to indro shopping centre, we enjoyed shopping and bought groceries nearby. The amenities were suitable for what we needed, especially the warm preparation and compliment from the host! Besides, Lucia and Trong are friendly, helpful and very responsive, all of us had a great time during the stay. Highly recommended to family and friends!

We were there for the very busy Coolies weekend. Robert, Evelyn and Oscar were perfect hosts, with lots of local tips and suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our down time on the stunning balcony watching the sunset, or enjoying the view. We will definitely be back.
