Warmly welcome to Halssila, Jyväskylä, a distinctive and idyllic residential area! Maple blossom is a hundred-year-old adorable pink little house in our yard. During the summer, you can see lush greenery and the branches of the yard maple through the windows, while in winter, the nearby Lake Jyväsjärvi glistens on the horizon. As a guest, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the coziness of a small house (40 m²). From the highway, you can reach our property by car in just a few minutes; we are located 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from the center of Jyväskylä.

Quiet and relaxing time by the lake

Welcome to enjoy a peaceful stay by Lake Saraavesi in Laukaa. You will have access to the 35 sqm Ranta Villa, which includes sleeping accommodations for four, a traditional Finnish wood sauna and an outdoor hot tub. The large terrace has a summer kitchen. From the dock you can take a dip in the water and in winter there is an ice hole at the end of the dock for the more adventurous swimmers. The best place for couples, friends or families with children (1-2 children). Ranta Villa is located on the beach near the main house, yet in its own peace.

There is a rowing boat with an electric motor. Running water from the lake. (There is drinking water in a canister in the cottage.) The sauna has electric travel showers. Fishing in the lake and small game hunting (by agreement) is possible. For long-term guests, laundry service is available.

The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

The cabin is located on the shore of lake Kiimasjärvi. 40 km from Jyväskylä. Inside there is a bedroom and a loft, a dining/kitchen room, a sauna and a washroom. The cottage has dishes for 6 people, pillows and blankets and towels (free). Karaoke. Rent sheets cost (10 Euro/set or you bring your own sheets with you). Smoking is prohibited in the cabin. The yard has a barbecue canopy,a swing and a slide. There is Hot tube. Rental (70e/1day).
