Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sunset Valley

This was the perfect place for the 5 of us to stay in Austin. I love it when an airbnb is as nice in real life as it is presented in the photos and this was definitely one of those listings. Great attention was paid to detail. This was obvious from the lovely and tasteful decor, very stylish and comfortable furniture, and the small touches like having the kitchen, den and bathrooms so thoughtfully equipped for holidaymakers. The hosts were incredibly responsive and flexible, working with us to tailor our stay according to our needs. We will be back and plan on staying much longer next time. There are so many nices spots in the home to relax and ways to enjoy ones stay in Austin. This isn't a place where you just go to sleep - its the kind of place where you want to spend time and stay a while.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were well-stocked, including coffee, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. The location was perfect—quiet neighborhood but still close to great restaurants and attractions. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, offering local tips and making check-in a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay

Sean and Jonathon were great. Everything was just as stated both in the ad and as briefed prior to arrival. Easy to find and no traffic issues! Really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Love this little house! We’ve stayed here twice with our family of four, and it’s perfect. Great location and very clean… love the minimal decor and the fact that the house and linens aren’t full of fragrance… might not matter to everyone but we really appreciate that :)

First time in Austin for a wedding/family trip. The home was very clean and minimally decorated (which we appreciate having a toddler). The pool was very well maintained and we got a lot of use out of it. We also appreciated the gate around the covered back porch to separate the pool from the house and was a great place to hang out for breakfast, nap time, or evenings when not in the pool to block the sun on hot days. The fence around the pool was nice for privacy purposes. Ann was very responsive with any questions we had. Overall the space was exactly what we needed for our trip and is very well maintained. Would definitely stay again if back in Austin!

Beautiful house. Near a lot of restaurants and the Barton springs pool. FYI the house its the size of 1 bedroom apartment, has only 1 bedroom. But it has a mini sofa bed, plus a pull up couch and a regular bed. It has everything that you need for your stayed. The back yard its very fun. It has a hot tub, mini golf, soccer nets. Overall it was worth the stayed

the stay was safe and private! we didn’t stay in the space since we had a busy schedule but it was perfect for come and go! kristina was also a fast responder and very helpful

Neal is a great host and the place is lovely. We had one small hiccup - the instructions for operating the front door lock were incomplete, but I think now that's been fixed for any future stays. Neal was very communicative and the whole stay was delightful. Also - beds are memory foam and VERY comfortable.

Christopher’s place was fantastic. Clean and close to all the local places we wanted to travel to. Proximity to the pool is great as well!

Truly a comforting and cozy place to stay at! The little kitchen had many appliances provided and we were even able to make a cup of tea and coffee which was super lovely. It’s also placed in a perfect area with plenty of stores and places to eat nearby!

Wow! We loved our stay here so much! Josh and Amiee were so nice, responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions on getting here and also on all check in/check out procedures. Any questions we had, they replied almost immediately. We really needed a restful getaway and this was the perfect place. We loved the pool so much and enjoyed watching all the birds especially. The place was impeccably clean and welcoming! We slept great in the adjustable bed. We had 2 smart TVs to use and the biggest selection of DVD’s we’ve ever seen. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer to use. Did I mention the pool? AMAZING! We plan to come back again soon! Couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. Reinhard & Caroline’s place is in the perfect location. Close to everything and safe surroundings. The Airbnb was very clean, bed was actually really comfortable, perfect amount of space. I would definitely stay here again.

Very great location! Nice and quiet, and in a great neighrbood, I had my family stay here while visiting Austin and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

Amber’s place was perfect and exactly what we needed for our 2-night stay. Right next to Barton Springs and close to Downtown and South Congress Ave. Everything was perfect and we had even more than we needed in the kitchen and bathroom including teas, coffee, etc. The one thing I would note is that the shower’s water pressure is quite low. Other than that, everything was great! I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the home with it's beautiful and charming interior. A real taste of Texas! Our hosts were wonderful with providing everything we needed to make us feel at home. So close to many wonderful Austin sights and restaurants. We recommend staying there!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay! It was just the right amount of space for the both of us, and had everything we needed. Everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance, so it was perfect. We would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay in Lucy’s place; it was well-stocked with necessary items to use during the stay. She was very responsive and proactive in figuring out a solution anything that needed attention. She was kind too. The neighborhood felt safe and there are a few cafes/restaurants in walk distance. Thanks Lucy!

We had a wonderful stay at Cannon’s place. The location is fantastic with easy and quick access to Barton Springs pool and trails. The studio has all the necessary amenities, is quiet and secure , and has a convenient local store next door. Perfect for a long weekend. Would book again.

The Villa and the facility were very nice and comfortable. The choice of nearby restaurants and markets is sparse to say the least. The onsite Island Grill is only open from Thursday afternoon -Sunday afternoon. Also, if you're hoping for a nearby upscale eatery, don't bother, it's not there. That said, we had a lovely time. Boat rentals are close. Drive slowly near the facility surroundings. Deer are everywhere in the afternoons and evening.

Janet is an amazing host and her place was perfectly located near everything you want to do while in Austin! The space is extremely cute, pool and parking are a major plus! The space also had an amazing amount of amenities!! I would definitely stay here again!
