Has the best features of a cabin (e.g. knotty pine wood/wood burning stove) and a mountain house (e.g. garage, comfortable furniture, laundry room, etc). Small cozy front porch with rocking chairs; larger back yard porch with seating for 9+.

In summer, Greer is an escape from high temperatures. Wildflowers sprout in alpine meadows alive with native wildlife including antelope, deer, and elk. Autumn means burnished leaves and crisp temperatures. Snow transforms the town to a Winter wonderland in the Winter. Recreational opportunities abound in every season. The clear waters of the Little Colorado River run right through town and three lakes offer sport fishing for trout. There’s also hiking, hunting, horseback riding, and skiing.

This vintage mobile home features new kitchen appliances, and a pleasant 16x12 screened-in deck that creates the perfect outdoor living room. Our cabin is a cozy 1 bedroom, 75 feet from the Little Colorado river, conveniently located on the Greer Walkway, and within easy walking distance of the 2 restaurants in town. Comfortable & cute décor, with fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, Dish TV, fireplace, and a jetted tub in the living room! We stay here regularly ourselves, & are glad to share our vacation home with you!

Branding Iron Cabin

This popular family cabin is up Wiltbank Rd in the woods of Greer, walking distance to the river and fishing. Relax on the front and back decks. The kitchen is equipped to prepare and serve a meal and there is a BBQ on the deck. Enjoy this rustic cabin with lots of light and vaulted ceilings. Four or all wheel drive is needed in winter when booking! There is a King bedroom with a fireplace, and two queen bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofa bed in the living room.
