We really enjoyed staying at Kristin’s home. We like to have a lot of space especially for family members to visit and it is more than enough. Close to a lot of suburbs around and it’s a quick and easy drive to work. We feel super safe staying here as well which is a must!

We stayed at this house in Mesquite for 5 months while we relocated to the area from San Antonio and while we were renovating our new home located in Sunnyvale. The house was great for our big family - 4 kiddos and 2 dogs - and we all had comfortable beds to sleep in during what could have been a stressful time of moving, renovating, new job, and purchasing a home. There is plenty to do around the area, and food, shopping, and activities are close by. It is worth noting, the railroad is about a block away, and it is fairly active. We got used to it pretty quickly and it didn't bother us or our dogs. Our host, Roy, was great and very responsive. We had some unique requests that he was able to accommodate, like extending our stay as remodel was progressing, helping with a portable AC unit during the hottest month in August, and dealing a maintenance issue very quickly and professionally. This would be a great place to stay for a short amount of time, or 5 months like we did!

I absolutely LOVED staying at Jon's Condo on Lake Ray Hubbard! So much so that I stayed for half a year and would of stayed another 6 if I could have. It feels like home from the moment you walk in. The space is well decorated with lake themed items, you can tell the owners really went out of there way to ensure the best possible experience. Don't hesitate to book this property, you won't be disappointed!
