Vacation rentals with beach access in Sunny Beach

A great place to stay, perfect location. We would return for sure

We have just returned from 2 weeks in this apartment with our children (8&4) and we loved it. The location was great - about a 20 minute walk (with kids) to the main part of sunny beach. You can get taxis for around 10 lev each way if you wish but we didn’t bother. The apartment itself is quite basic but had everything we need. 2 double beds, one of which is a sofa bed in the living area which we were fine with. Decent fridge/freezer, kettle, hob, toaster and pots and pans etc. WiFi was fast. Lovely south facing balcony overlooking the kids pool (which was also great). The aircon worked well and was much needed! The complex is very safe with 24 hour security and a key fob to get in and out. The grounds and pools are clean and well kept. There are small shops on site, a small poolside bar/restaurant and underneath the apartment there is a small kids art club. We would definitely stay again! Tips - M.M supermarket close by (good value) and always use the footbridge (road fast/busy)

The apartment was actually 100% as described by Galina. The sliding sofa has the opportunity to sleep or just lie down on it for two people. Internet, TV,equipped kitchen for cooking,clean toilet,lovely shower, everyone could use it without restriction. The complex itself is located near the main bus station,from where you can make trips to different places: Nessebar, Burgas,Varna, etc. There are grocery stores near the house, where you can buy well for different tastes. Restaurants, cafes are a stone's throw from the complex, the sea is 500 meters away on foot. Galina is a very responsive tenant, you can easily find a common language with her.

It was incredible time in Julia's apartment! Everything was great, first of all, the beautiful territory of the complex, with swimming pools, a restaurant and bar. The apartment is very tidy, with all the necessary things for your stay.

Good location, close to the center and close to the sea. There is a shop nearby. A little headlined from the road, but rest does not interfere. Having two bathrooms is a big bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean bedding and towels. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a nice stay.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. Such a perfect stay in summer! The Paradise Dreams complex is a great quiet place for a family with children. There are 3 pools and beautiful gardens inside. Close location to the seaside. Also a big plus is a public bus stop nearby, that takes you to Sunny Beach and Nessebar within 15-30 minutes. The apartment itself is really comfortable for living! There was a microwave, clothes washer and everything you need for your everyday routine. Extremely responsive and kind host. Highly recommend!

Great accommodation complex on the border of Nessebar and Ravda! Beautiful place and small apartment offering the necessary amenities to make you feel at home! The atmosphere created by Katerina, the official hostess of this apartment, is something she can't help but impress. Colorful, cozy, with walls dotted with pictures and paintings... It's like you're walking in and someone starts telling you a story! It was a very nice week break for our family of three! I'm glad we picked the right place!

Responsive and friendly host. I liked the apartment and its location. Quiet, peaceful, cozy. The apartment had everything you need. I also really liked the complex itself, as the convenient location and not far from the sea. A place you want to come back to again!

Sehr biges Appartamnet, gros am Pool gelegene Terasse. The host is quick to respond. Also cleaning service with change of towels and bed linen was surprising and pleasant. The location is great: beautiful pools with free sunbeds and umbrellas, well-kept and supervised complex, the sea in 1 min walk, great views of the sea. Shopping, excursions such as Aquapark or old town Nessebar nearby, eating nearby. Oven and stove function flawless. The dishes were immediately added on request, we were finally able to cook everything. Out of 3 beds are 2 top, one has a very laid mattress. The crib is good. Already well-versed upholstered furniture, but was still okay. Wifi in the rooms is good. We recommend the accommodation.

The place was nice, clean, cosy and very close to the beach (around 6-7 slow walk). It had the most comfortable bed I've ever sleep in (my back is grateful for this!).

Thank you to Dima! He is very friendly and helpful person. The flat was safe, clean and well equipped. It was lovely stay and I hope we will be back there again soon!

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
