Waterfront vacation rentals in Sunny Beach

We had a vacation in June, two adults and two children. Our stay at the apartment was great. A wonderful complex, a charming well-maintained area, the sea and the beach are right behind the fence of the complex. Beautiful sea view from the territory. Beautiful clean pools and playgrounds. The apartment was well equipped and clean, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and cooking (except for the oven). You can also relax on the terrace with a great view of the pool and magnolias growing nearby. Communication with John and Lena was very pleasant from the beginning, and until we moved out of the apartment, they were always ready to help and answer our questions. In general, we were very satisfied with the vacation and the apartment and hope to return.

The place is located close to a viewpoint. When you had the door open you could here the sea from the bed. The kitchen had more pots and pans than the average most people have. Great as we cooked most of the night due to dietary needs. Most basics like salt, peper, coffee, sugar there there, though tea was missing. The complex itself was not that interesting for us, most days we drove to some beaches in nature without bars, buildings, noice and beach beds. But it was nice and quiet. The building is a bit dated, but the apartment is in a very good shape. Communication was quick, friendly and helpful. I would book again if we would be in the neighorhood again.

Nice apartment for families or companies of friends. Large kitchen and rooms. Quiet place, no loud music around at nights. Not far from the beach and there is a good bistro restaurant nearby. Ivanka is helpful, responsive and available to help. Thanks for this possibility to stay at the seaside in Bulgaria.

The apartment was actually 100% as described by Galina. The sliding sofa has the opportunity to sleep or just lie down on it for two people. Internet, TV,equipped kitchen for cooking,clean toilet,lovely shower, everyone could use it without restriction. The complex itself is located near the main bus station,from where you can make trips to different places: Nessebar, Burgas,Varna, etc. There are grocery stores near the house, where you can buy well for different tastes. Restaurants, cafes are a stone's throw from the complex, the sea is 500 meters away on foot. Galina is a very responsive tenant, you can easily find a common language with her.

Me and sis have been pleasantly surprised with this trip. Great accommodation with first sea line, lovely people, amazing food and historic old town of Nesebar was definitely worth to go. Apartment was clean and private, big balcony with gorgeous view. We will be back❣️

Elizabet's apartment is brilliant and has an amazing sea view. There is everything you need for the living, kitchen is fully equipped. Clean and tidy apartment. Elizabet is a really nice host. I recommend her apartment.

The villa is situated in a great location in Sozopol. It's spacious, with nice, big enough bedrooms, a huge common area with everything you need for a peaceful stay on the sea. Within walking distance is the Paradise Bay restaurant, while nearly 1.8 km away is the restaurant Dalyan Chaika. It is also walking distance to Bamboo beach. I would certainly visit again and recommend with two hands to the still wobbly.

My friend and I visited Sozopol for the first time and picked Милена’s apartment because of the proximity to the beach and it was incredible! Very clean and spacious, with a porch facing the ocean. The neighborhood/street was also quiet so we could hear the ocean at night. There were also great places to eat nearby, and it was only a short walk to the older part of Sozopol. It was easy to check in and leave, and we would certainly hope to stay there again if we come back to Sozopol!

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

Great stay in Sozopol. The apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes from the beach. The sea views are fantastic.

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

We had a wonderful and lazy time here.We are an elderly couple, aged 60. We came for nature, silence and privecy and this is exactly what we have found. Everything is as discribed, maybe even better looking as you get here. As we knew before what to expect (carefully reading the description ), we took everything we needed with us : very few things to wear (there are no wardrobes ; maybe no one in the house ever felt this need ) and food for the whole stay. There are two shops with basic food products (some vegetables, groceries, beer, icecream,…) and small hotels with restaurants, but we felt good just being alone. The view from the garden is wonderful, the pool is very refreshing on hot summer days. Very quiet neighbors and nice and helpful hosts. We felt like visiting some friends who lended us their home for one week, everything we needed was left for us to feel good. As allways, we tried to leave everything as we found it. Since there are enough beds in 3 rooms of the house, each room having its own bath, I assume that the place is also suitable for larger families or/and friends. Parking the car was a bit challanging. You can choose to leave your car on the street in front the gate or you can drive in reverse on a narrow path (2,4 m) and 40 m long , on one side of the house. The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

Joanna's apartment is defintely the most well equipped airnnb we have ever stayed in, which makes it ideal especially if your are travelling with children. The Etara complex is very nice with beautiful gardens and tradițional bulgarian architecture. One of the pools was just în front of the apartment but we prefered going to the beach which is also very close ( a few minutes walking diatance) and beautiful. The communication was great and Joanna was very helpful with everything. Overall, we had a great stay and the accomodation was perfect for us.

Nice place!

Perfect location minutes from both the beach and old town Nessebar! There is a supermarket steps away and some great restaurants right in the “new town”. The complex is very clean and modern, and the pool was a nice amenity as well. Kamila was nice enough to wash some of my clothes as well!

We had a wonderful stay at Nika’s place! A super responsive and flexible host, Nika stayed up late to check us in after our flight was a bit delayed, and really helped us book some taxis for sightseeing too. The apartment itself is beautiful, and it is so close to the beach! It had all amenities we might possibly need and more, and we can’t wait to come back soon.

Everything was wonderful! The apartment is small and clean. It has everything you need to relax. Great location. Close to the sea, city center, transport. The hosts are hospitable and kind.

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
