Large terrace with private barbecue. 40 km to Karlstad & 25 km to Kristinehamn. Firewood & cleaning are included in the price. You can book 4 beds in the sleeping cabin next door if there are more than 4 people. Bed linens & bath towels can be rented for SEK 130/person

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Parking is about 150 meters from the place with a hill down. Only 15 minutes from Sunne city center is this strawberry place.

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.
