One of my best Airbnb stay in Melaka. From the time I booked, the team invited me to join a chat group where they give details of my check in with directory guidance. Closer to date while I was preparing for the trip, I had random questions on the accommodation which the promptly answered. I like that they have a team to manage the accommodation instead of relying on sole contributors. Hence the whole customer service experience was much better. Instruction was sent promptly to check in and reminder on check out given on time. The apartment is as good as the photos in the listing. We were wow by the furnishing and the views it offered. The semi indoor jacuzzi was a highlight and the staff provided detailed and clear manual on the usage. The kitchen was well furnished with cutlery. It has fridge and washing machine. The place is clean. The beds have right firmness and pillows. Love the quietness of the apartment. The corridor is a bit noisy when people passes through but manag

place was clean.. there is pop up stall along the neighbourhood selling guava roti canai satay burgers..really enjoy this type of stalls but abit further away arnd 300 m away.. kids enjoy the pool so much.
