Bright and cozy apartment in rural and scenic surroundings on the peninsula Røyse, with a lovely view of Tyrifjorden. The apartment is about 60 sqm, on the 1st floor of a residential house, and has a separate entrance. In the living room there is TV with Blu-ray player, cromecast and many TV channels. The bedroom has a double bed. In addition, two mattresses that you can put on the floor. 1 person (max 180 cm) can sleep on the sofa in the living room. Screened, sunny terrace with dining area and sofa nook. The rent includes everything, bring toiletries and food.

For Varingskollen Alpinsenter it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and bike paths start at your doorstep. The host is living close by and is available. The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. Great nature and swimming opportunities, beaches nearby, nice areas also in the summer, nice swimming opportunities. Not far to Norefjell. 500 meters to Sundvollen Hotel, grocery store and gas station. 45 min to Oslo. Has 2 parking spaces. Im away for periods of time. Thinking of renting out then. Must be agreed to stay directly on message. Has NRK and some other channels

Panoramic views,proximity to Oslo and wonderful nature

Koselig hus i rolig og etablert boligfelt! Perfekt "getaway" ca 45 minutter kjøring fra Oslo. Gode bussforbindelser 10-15 min gange fra huset. Fantastisk utsikt over både Tyrifjorden og Steinsfjorden med meget gode solforhold. Stor hage med sandkasse og trampoline. Huset har 3 soverom og sovesofa om man skulle trenge flere sengeplasser. Barneseng på hovedsoverom. Reiseseng, vogner, leker og barnestol tilgjengelig. Dobbeltgarasje med mulighet for lading av elbil. Velkommen!!:D
