House vacation rentals in Sunday River

This place was perfectly set up for our stay. With a 2 bedroom mother in law suite down stairs and a secluded children’s quarter upstairs yet we all had access to each other area. The pool was amazing with beautiful light at night. The back yard was perfectly set up with an outdoor bar area. The loft was an added touch for sleeping space. I loved this place and wood definitely book it again

Josh's place was great. close to our activities, not far from restaurants. josh was very quick to respond and remedy the only issue we had, which was with the hot tub. the only thing we didn't have that I personally wish there was, was a broom. the place was clean but I hate feeling dirt on my feet inside, so I bought a broom, but that was my decision. great place, thanks Josh

Amazing property with breathtaking views! Felt at home from the start! Host was very responsive and helpful even checking on us and giving local suggestions. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was labeled making it easy to navigate. Would love to visit again!

Great home for our large family gathering. Great location near Sunday River skiing, Downtown and snowmobile trails right outside the door. We had a great time and will be back.

Cute place. Everything we needed was available. Bed was comfortable as well as pull out couch. Enough towels and linen available. Very clean. Will stay again.

Easy to find, right on the ski slope, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and saunas. Shower water was sometimes cold, other times worked fine or was really hot. The room was perfect and owner was responsive. I would stay here again, especially during ski season.

This place was one of the best i’ve stayed in, and Joe & Colleen thought of everything you could possibly need to feel beyond comfortable. They were extremely kind and responsive hosts, and the space made us feel like royalty. What a fantastic experience, better than the pictures, we never wanted to leave the home. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood with our dogs, and did i mention the hosts left dog bowls, beds, toys, waste bags and more? This home is less than 10 mins from bethel village, 15 from sunday river, and 20 from beautiful grafton notch state park. Overall, the house was amazing, the sauna hot tub and heated pool were fantastic, and we would stay again in a heartbeat

Our family really enjoyed their time in this great ski house . Very convenient to Sunday River . The bed were really comfortable and the whole house was perfect for the crew . The Hot Tub was very much welcomed after a day skiing . A huge plus . Very easy to communicate with host . Would highly recommend this home and we will book it again hopefully . We have stayed in many Air BnBa and this was one of the best . Thanks July .

An absolute beauty! Great Views, comfy beds, amazing sound systems. The home was very clean and organized, everything was very easy to reach as well. Micheal was a great host, very responsive, everything was written down for us as well. Only complaint was that it was difficult to navigate the AC and some pots and pans weren't clean, but we took care of that. Will be coming back next year 🫶🏽

The pictures don’t do this place justice. I hosted a low-key bachelorette weekend for a friend and Angele’s home was the perfect cozy getaway we were searching for. There is plenty of seating, lots of fun games in the cabinet downstairs, and the views from the back deck are breathtaking! Angele was extremely proactive and responsive and we all felt so comfortable and at home during our stay. 10/10 recommend and will certainly be back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay! We were here for work and it was perfect for us. Close to our job site and several places to eat and explore. Kathryn was very helpful and quick to respond. Will stay again if in the area.

Jason’s house was great. Although it is old, the updates he has made are great. Very homey feel, comfortable and clean.

I had an amazing weekend at this at this Airbnb. Great location really good for getting away and just enjoying some peace and quiet away from everyone. We enjoyed the amenities such as the hot tub and the bonfire as well as the game room and many more. Overall, my time here was really relaxing and very much needed.

Heather was a great host! She had so many recommendations from restaurants to activities. And the space itself was beautiful.

Emily's home was beautiful! The view was incredible! The home had everything we needed, and it was really clean. Very secluded from other homes. There was an accident that had happen and Emily was very understanding of the situation. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Just got back from our weekend stay . Beautiful space that looked just like the photos. House was spotless. The house is located in a very peaceful and private area. Our family enjoyed the kayaks on the pond during the day and the fire pit on the deck at night . Very relaxing weekend .

An incredible place with breathtaking views—just as stunning as the photos, if not better! Gary was highly responsive, quickly answering calls and any questions. Highly recommended!

Our stay here was great. it was rainy until the morning we checked out, which was a bummer, but the covered hot tub area was used each night instead. the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and basic spices. I brought my own coffee for the Keurig but there was complimentary coffee pods, tea, and hot cocoa available as well. lots of games to play, artwork to look at. the dishwasher is very small so you can't fit much in there but luckily we were only 2 people. the only slight negative was the pellet stove being in the bedroom downstairs, only because of how noisy it is when it's running. it made it near impossible to sleep with it on if you're a light sleeper at all. overall, fantastic stay and thank you so much

We had a great Memorial Day weekend stay with family and our three dogs. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We did have some rainy weather, but had plenty of board games to play for all ages. Also, the hot tub was nice on the cool evenings. Will definitely look into staying again. Thank You!

Lora's Euro-style Woodland Retreat-Great Northen Tea Haus was a great place to stay while I was working in the area. The space was welcoming, comfortable, clean, and the unique and fun decor made my stay special. The mattress and bedding were a highlight for me...just right.
