Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sun City

This house is in a great location close to many amenities. The house was exactly as described and it was nice having a fully stocked kitchen to make meals. The beds were so comfortable and my family felt right at home. The community pool made you feel like you were staying at a resort. The yard is nicely landscaped and I enjoyed having coffee out there every morning. The hosts have gone above and beyond thinking of little details to make your stay enjoyable. Included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, spices, coffee/tea and lots of dishwasher tabs so I barely had to hand wash dishes made the stay exceptional. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in the Phoenix area to book this place.

What a wonderful home. It was spotless and served our needs exactly. Carmen responded immediately when I had questions. There were two of us and we could not stopping talking about how homey and perfect it was for us.

This home was absolutely perfect for our event! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Whether you’re planning a relaxing family getaway or just need a change of scenery, this place has it all. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the entertainment options were endless. We were able to cook a full-course meal with ease in the well-stocked kitchen and had an amazing BBQ out by the pool. It honestly felt like the best of both worlds—a luxurious 5-star resort with all the cozy comforts of home. Huge shoutout to the host for being so accommodating and making the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation or staycation. We’ll definitely be back. This place was perfect for my family, the house was as described. Very beautiful area, lots of shopping places near by. It was the perfect location for the area we needed to be! Beautiful place for my daughter and me with plenty of room near several restaurants and even a grocery store. The neighborhood felt safe, the condo felt private yet welcoming, and Krystal responded quickly to any questions.

We had a wonderful stay while in town for spring training. The location is great and very easy to get around. So many great restaurants are nearby. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for the stay. Desenia was professional and left us with great instructions. I would highly recommend staying at Desenia’s if you are in the Phoenix area!

Great location, quiet neighbors.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The rental is exactly as it is pictured in the photos. The place was clean, fully stocked with all kinds of amenities and supplies, and even had snacks & water bottles for us upon arrival! Two of our favorite parts of our stay was the patio and pool access! The air conditioning was cold and the beds were comfy! Highly recommend, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

This place was amazing! Out of the dozens of places I’ve stayed over the last few years this was one of the better ones yet. High end furnishings, VERY clean space, and comfortable linens made this place perfect. Having a garage to use made this an incredible valuable. One of my top 5 stays for sure

We felt that the location was ideal for us as we attended the ASU graduation and were able to explore the area with family. Being able to hop onto Scottsdale road (without hearing any street noise at night) was super convenient to go either way to Tempe, the interstate to see other areas (Phoenix, Mesa, camelback), and of course north to old and new Scottsdale. Close to very good restaurants and any store you may need. The house is what you see on the site. The casita is a small house with space and is extremely well kept and ideal for a larger group. The main house was spacious and well laid out. Everyone was happy with their rooms. Ryan had everything stocked from towels, bathroom necessities, plates, glasses, etc. The pool table came in handy for some friendly games. The covered carport is a great benefit in AZ. Another benefit is the checkout, Ryan kept it simple. Very happy with our stay and would recommend.

The sport is very to everything and is easy to access And something to note is how much it stands out among other nicer, albeit older and mature houses in this older Scottsdale neighborhood. It’s a gem. Sparkling clean. Huge for the footprint it sits in - new everything, well stocked with essentials and a very friendly host.

We were so impressed by this beautiful villa. It was huge, clean, well stoked for cooking, very comfortable and safe. The clubhouse served delicious breakfasts, dinners and drinks, and it was an easy drive to Phoenix, Scottsdale and hiking in nearby nature reserves. Highly recommend this place to anyone considering it!

We had an incredible stay here for my bachelorette weekend. There weren’t enough blankets for the couch girls however the host dropped off 4 brand new blankets which was so kind. The only thing that would have been nice would have been some extra paper towel and dish towels. Overall our stay was incredible and we would 100% go back. Great location, great weather and great memories made. <3 Thank you!!!!

The house felt like home! Everything we needed and more was available to us. Simply stopped for groceries and moved in for the week! Every room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had the very best week!

Our group was visiting Scottsdale for a bachelor party and this house had the perfect balance of providing relaxation in the mornings hanging by the pool and hot tub, enough beds for each person to have their own, and a reasonable price. The location was also great for going out at night. Whether it be to Scottsdale quarter for dinner, Old Town for night life, or Cave Creek for bull riding, you’re sure to have a great time just a short drive/uber away.
