Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Summit County

Jody and her home were amazing. We stayed for two weeks and had a perfect stay. Jody was patient working with us to book and plan our stay. We drove across the country with our dog and you would never known another dog had been in Jody’s house - it was imacculate. Jody made us feel welcome - met us when we arrived and checked in periodically. She had recommendations for off-leash hikes that made our dog’s stay even better. Jody’s house had everything a family could ever need and more. We made nearly every meal in Jody’s amazing kitchen - double ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop and every smalI appliance we could dream of made it fun and easy. The master suite bathroom was exceptional and we enjoyed baths with a view every evening. Jody’s house is central to everything. We are skiers and had easy access to great Epic and Ikon mountains just a short drive away. It was so nice to work with an owner who loves her house and her community and ensured we did too! Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

Highly recommend staying at this home in Breckenridge! The space is very well setup, the hot tub is lovely, the view from the living room and hot tub is stunning, kitchen is well setup and stocked with everything you need to cook the food you bring. It’s outside of downtown Breck so you don’t get the noise and you have privacy, but it’s easy to get there as well as other mountains to the north. Check in/out were easy and the place was easy to find. Having garage space in the winter was awesome, especially with space to put ski gear without messing up the house. Andrea was a fantastic host, very responsive to questions and helping us feel right at home. Every day our group went “this house was a fantastic choice” (and we’ve been coming to this part of CO for years)

Pablo’s place has everything! We did some gourmet cooking with the breville sous vide and enjoyed unlimited espresso and cappuccino! Great location. Pablo was very responsive.

We LOVED this place! Comfortable and everything you need for people and dogs alike. Backyard is fantastic for dogs - secure fence and a lot of room to play. Interior has everything you need and a lot of ice touches - comfy beds, fireplace, great kitchen, etc. This was one of our top places to stay!

The home was beautiful and exactly as shown and described. Our hosts were very responsive to all of our questions and even sent us a local guide pamphlet with local recommendations. There were planet of rooms and was surprisingly quiet with the bedroom doors shut while others were watching TV in the living room. 10/10. Will stay here again when we visit Keystone with our large family group.

The hosts were very gracious providing information whenI asked questions up to the day that we came to stay at their property. We had a large group (8) staying in the home, and it didn’t feel crowded. Having 3 bathrooms was great! We were in town for my stepmothers ash scattering and afterwards had a family get-together for 19 at the condo. We had enough seating and the kitchen has a pretty good stock of dishes, pots, and pans. The area is beautiful. We really enjoyed our time there.

Comfortable and clean place that fit our needs well. We were in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the gondola. We had a great time.

I was traveling solo so this place felt HUGE! I loved the private patio. It was close to the hiking I was doing in the area. I would definitely stay again and I’d love to bring my boys next time! I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the community area is beautiful and very close to this unit.

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!

This place was perfect for our family of 3 + dog—LOVED walking to everything along Breck’s Main Street!!!!

We had a great time at Gwen's place. She kept in touch with us and sent us instructions on how to check in. She also sent codes for the rec center with the pool, hot tubs, work out room, and game room. Gwen also let us check in early, which was a huge help since we brought a dog with us. The place was plenty big for a family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were updated. The heated floors in the bathrooms were a plus. The beds were very comfortable, and the creek outback was beautiful. The location between Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco, and Dillon is great. We highly recommend this place.

Valerie’s place is in a great location and easy to find. It is next to several ski resorts and an easy walk to Main Street. Valerie responded quickly to all my questions. We had a great stay!

We loved Jill’s cozy mountain condo! It was super comfortable and perfect location for exploring Frisco and the surrounding trails. We brought our pup and 7yo and they both enjoyed the deck and our daughter enjoyed the pool! Super responsive hosts and allowed for a flexible check in which we really appreciated!

We stayed in town for a hockey tournament and Kara was an amazing host. Super responsive and went out of her way. This is a great location to be within a walkable distance of everything you need in Breck. Highly recommend!

Great place for a family touchdown spot while skiing! The host was very responsive, and the kitchen had what we needed, so no extra trips to the store. Would recommend!

Excellent location! Close to I70 so easy access to all of things skiing, hiking, biking, restaurants, breweries. We knew this at the time of booking, but for the cost of the condo (which already includes a cleaning fee), there is an additional $75 fee for use of hot tub as a “cleaning fee”. That should be included in general cleaning fee and if damage or excessive cleaning needed after stay, then charge the guest. Otherwise, fantastic and hosts were easy to work with, garage was clutch for easy parking and letting gear dry and kitchen was well stocked if you planned to cook in.

Cozy says it all. As soon as we walked in it felt like home. Beautiful home nicely decorated. We all enjoyed our stay. We even saw Mr. Fox one morning, that was super cool. All rooms very clean, neat and comfortable. Loft area was a great spot for our teenage boys. The hot tub was great, my only concern was the path to get to the hot tub was very Icey due to lots of snow, so we had to be extra careful. We all had a great week.

Although we live in Denver, our family of 4 likes to get away for a few days during the week sometimes. The home was very cozy and just what we were looking for. Very private, but close enough to town to do easy day trips with our two toddlers. Would definitely recommend for any small families or groups, as it perfect for a family vacation.

We had a great time at Tylers place. The unit was clean, comfortable, and convienently located just a short drive from main street. The water pressure was good, wifi was good, the unit included pet friendly amenities, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The host was responsive and gave some great recommendations for food/drinks, and nearby activities. There was a bit of constuction going on at the complex when we stayed so there was a bit of noise and dust, but overall we found our stay very enjoyable and would happily come here again.

Amy's cabin was quaint and peaceful! My husband and I stayed for our anniversary weekend and we had a great mix of activities and relaxing. Would highlyly recommend if you are looking for a cute cabin close to Breckenridge!
