House vacation rentals in Summerville

Valerie’s place was exactly as pictured. Beds were so comfy we checked to see what mattress she had lol! Lots of space for the 9 of us with 2 dogs and the kitchen had everything you could ever need. A few us were trying to find available times in the summer to come back! Pool wasn’t open yet but we did to enjoy the hottub. That sunroom…all I wanted was a big comfy chair in there and never have to leave. Great house for a fun family weekend!

This home was beautiful! It was perfect for our team away day. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and Danielle was always available to answer our questions.

Beautiful stay! The lake was fairly accessible, unfortunately the pool was out of service but the host kindly informed us before our stay and gave us options for refund. Happy we decided to stay, as it is a beautiful spot by the lake!

This was a truly fabulous place -- my only regret was not staying longer. We found this listing after planning a trip to Five Islands Provincial Park, as part of a larger road trip around Nova Scotia. Had we known just how wonderful and peaceful the property and area were, we would have stayed longer and used the spot as a bit of a "home base" to do some more exploring around the region. The house is beautiful, and Jennifer and Barclay are really working to create a wonderful small vacation community, with a few other rental units on the property. Jennifer warmly welcomed us on arrival and gave us some local recommendations. The Five Islands Lighthouse Park, which is a 5-minute walk from the unit, is a fabulous place to watch the tide go in and out, and the surrounding residential community feels very warm and welcoming.

It was a place like more than a home. Feeling of residing in a resort. We liked very much. In future when ever we plan to visit this side we will see that we come and relax in the place

Had a great stay at 13 Borden. Very close to the downtown area. 2 min drive to the pubs and restaurants. We spent 5 nights while attending a wedding at the lightfoot winery(5minDrive). Clean comfy beds. Everything you would need is right there on hand, which made it easy to settle in. Large private backyard space with an enormous pool, was a bonus on the hot days with two little kids. 10/10 would stay again, if we find ourselves in Wolfville again.

Another Great Stay at The Land Yacht! This was our second time staying at The Land Yacht, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. They have everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The indoor pool was amazing, and the views of the ocean are absolutely breathtaking. One of our favorite moments was reading a book in the solarium while listening to the rain—pure bliss. The peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and beautiful setting make this a truly special place. We can’t wait to return again!

A lovely home and wonderful place to spend time with family. The seaside bedroom was heaven with the sound of the surf when weather allowed for open windows! Well-appointed kitchen, lovely patio, and a great fire pit! Easy access to the rails-to-trails line which we made good use of during our stay.

The place was very organized and welcoming. It had everything we could need, it was in a very clean condition, and very well equipped. There was a guide with things to do and places for food. One thing to keep in mind is that there is an open roof so id recommend bringing eye masks. It was fun watching the wild life out the window.

Black Spruce lane has everything that any group would want for a stay - rain or shine. The house is perfect for a family, couples trip, or group of friends. Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Ping Pong, Games, Chefs kitchen, you name it, this place has it all! The house exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 12, and everyone had more than enough room and slept comfortably. The location was a perfect central hub to golf a couple rounds at Northumberland Links. The house is very well laid out for when you want some quiet time. Thank you for the great stay, welcoming us into your home, and accommodating our group, George. 10/10. Cheers!

Such a beautiful place and location! We absolutely loved it there and the host was so helpful and friendly. Very clean and well decorated. The surroundings were also very pretty and peaceful. Highly recommend and would 100% book again!

Charming home that is very clean and well cared for with nice design touches. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the chance to do laundry. Cozy spaces that are suitable for small groups. Outdoor space was not as inviting as anticipated.

Beautiful location. Easy check in.. extremely easy check out. Hosts were quick at responding, and answered all questions. The hot tub is small .. would have appreciated a 4 person hot tub. House was spacious and well organized. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The large fireplace would have been enjoyed,during a rainy evening but wasn’t useable. Great outdoor space. Views were spectacular!! We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay—this Airbnb was truly gorgeous. The space was spotless and had some really thoughtful touches too, and a well-stocked spice selection. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We made the most of the outdoor space; Sauna, ocean swim, and outdoor shower became our favourite routine—it was such a special experience. The hot-tub was also crystal clean Liz was an incredible host—so helpful and kind. She gave us wonderful local recommendations for hikes, restaurants, and even where to find the best pastries and desserts in the area. We had such a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything, Liz!

We had a wonderful stay on Chocolate Lake at Hiromi's property. We loved waking up each morning and having tea and coffee whilst looking out over the lake. The property is very stylishly designed and comfortable, and a perfect place from which to explore Halifax, Peggy's Cove and Lunenberg. We were unable to figure out the automatic blinds and lights as the tablet apps were not working. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic stay!

We loved our stay at this unique Bauhaus-style home in a quiet Halifax neighbourhood. It was stylish, spotless, and perfectly located—close to great restaurants, breweries, and beautiful parks. Brittany was super helpful at check-in and gave us some excellent local recommendations that really added to our experience. A peaceful base with easy access to everything we wanted to explore!

We had a wonderful stay at Francois’s house! The place was quiet, spotless, and the beds were very comfortable — perfect for a restful stay. Francios was a fantastic host: welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

You will not be disappointed with this gorgeous well appointed home. We had 12 family members with us and we had plenty of space for everyone ! We were very comfortable in every room. The beds are wonderful with lovely bedding. The views from this home are extra special. Particularly the partially covered upper deck. We watched osprey and eagles flying over water from the comfortable outdoor furniture We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to visit the surrounding area such as the local Wineries, Lunenburg and Peggy’s Cove. At the end of the day, the log home was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sunset on the lake. We made great memories this week. Thank you for sharing this beautiful log home with us.

This place was pure magic! I stayed for a night with three girlfriends and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking, and the hot tub and sauna took the whole experience to the next level. Every detail felt thoughtful and relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the space was spotless, stylish, and so welcoming. We felt instantly at ease and didn’t want to leave. Highly, highly recommend—an absolute gem!
