Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Summerlin, Las Vegas

This home was absolutely beautiful! Spacious, located in a great area, and looks exactly as photographed! We held a small family reunion in this house, and it was definitely a great time. The pool was utilized and enjoyed under the Vegas sun. Will definitely stay at another property if they have more options!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Lisha’s Airbnb! She provided great hospitality and we felt right at home. This was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had and we can’t wait to rebook in the future!

William was fantastic and easy to communicate with. The home was very beautiful and felt like home. We loved the decor and style of the home and the neighborhood was extremely peaceful. We were very thankful for the chance to stay at this airbnb.

Quanzhong’s suite was great. It was incredibly clean. The bed was comfortable and a few great touches were the Nespresso machine and the magnetic shower head. The neighborhood seemed really nice and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

Wonderful house with full of everything. Nothing to complain or point out, perfect location. Clean house. The host was fantastic to make our stay comfortable and safe. Can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at Nubar’s place while in Vegas for 5 nights. The place was wonderful! Extremely tidy and welcoming and felt very homely. The pool was clean and easy to adjust the temperature. Nubar was always responsive and helped with any questions we had. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great place! I come to LV quite often to climb in Red Rocks park, and I am always looking for the perfect place close to the park but with many amenities nearby. Gloria's place was the perfect place to stay—a house to ourselves in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Gloria was very helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was simple. The house is well laid out with lots of different sleeping options. On our next trip to LV for climbing, I will see if Gloria's place is available, as I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The place was great. Clean, equipped with everything we needed and easy access to freeway. Greg was responsive the few times we needed him. The pool and gym were nice. Everyone in the complex was friendly and it felt very safe. Would stay there again!

My friends and I had a great stay at this airbnb, the residence was clean and had all the things we needed for a wonderful time in Vegas! Zohar was super responsive before and during the stay and was great to work with handling any concerns we had.

Ms. Laura’s home is very quite and quaint but perfect for anyone who just needs a small getaway. Lots of really good restaurants nearby, and is pretty close to the strip. Host responds quickly and home has everything you could need. 10/10 little vacation spot!

Really enjoyed staying here, very comfy room, made me feel right at home. Had everything I needed, from a blanket to shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom!

Mark is by far the best host I've ever had. The place is immaculate and when I needed an extension for a night, he even lowered the rate and got it done. I will 100% be back. You are the man Mark

Conveniently located easy access to downtown as well as going out to Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston for hiking. Grocery store and other specialty stores within minutes.

Ariadna’s place felt warm and comfy great place to take a load off the day or just rest and relax everything match the description very respectful and proactive and fast response I really enjoyed my stay their I’ve stayed there before a couple years back and even then exceeding my expectations.

This place was great! very clean with covered parking ! Mimi and Matt were great host, asked what our trip was for, gave local options near by, grocery, restaurants, hiking areas, we celebrated my daughter's birthday, they had left individually sized bundt cakes with candles for us. super sweet! They checked in on us as a bad wind storm came up. we thought that was very nice. Beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes and nice pans. Quiet and clean. would reccomend and stay again.

The moment I stepped into the condo I said, I want a place like this. It was spacious, clean, & comfortable. It’s perfect! The neighbor hood was quiet. There are many restaurants & stores near by. The condo is located 20 minutes away from the Las Vegas strip. We look forward to staying at the condo again. Also, Allan is so easy to communicate with.

Amazing and peaceful stay. I would choose this location over a hotel at the strip any day, the location was away from the traffic and super peaceful at night. The place was very clean and clutter free, I brought my own personal care items but Tony had everything at the air b n b just in case. Tony was very flexible with an extra day I had requested. The covered parking was a plus! Definitely recommend for couples looking for a place to rest their heads without the noise.

Look no further. I won’t gate keep. From the moment I reached out to Peter, he was very helpful with my requests. Arriving to the property we were greeted by respectful employees . The check in process was very simple and easy. When we arrived to the suite it was up to standard. Beautiful. Hands down the best place we stayed. It’s a 1 bedroom but easily can be used as a 2bd. It’s so big and ample. The balcony was wrap around and had the most amazing views. My family of four consists my husband and our three year old twins . The twins fit right in and made themselves at home. We all had a bitter sweet goodbye. Peter’s place has easily turned into our vacation home for each time we visit Las Vegas! Hope to see you again in September.

Everything was fine , great location, good vibes , close the strip , away from the crowed. Easy to find. Pool access was a vibe . Bathroom needed a lot attention.

Apollo's place was a perfect stay for my wife and I while in Vegas. It was a private/quiet neighborhood that is tucked away but still a 5-10 min drive from the strip and the fun. The place was super clean and comfortable. It also had all of the wifi, netflix, and streaming you you want. Highly recommened as sometimes it's hard to find a quiet nice place in Vegas. Apollo was also incredibly responsive and super nice/flexible host!

Alexis was a great host! Very informative and easy to communicate with. She gave clear instructions on finding her home, where to park, and just made my whole experience easy. Beautiful, clean home! Perfect stay for my daughter and I. I would definitely recommend staying with Alexis!
