Monthly Rentals in Summerland

Overall it was a nice relaxing stay for us 4 seniors on a short get away-few day trip. This house provided that. There was a little small unexpected thing happened on our first day stay and Jen quickly communicated with us.

Great spot! Really cozy and well appointed for its size. Cute back yard. Hosts are really communicative. Summerland is sleepy but that's what we like about it. Would definitely come back.

Perfect escape to enjoy Summerland, nearby Carpinteria and Montecito too. Very clean and had all we needed, the deck was a lovely way to start or end the day. Thank you for hosting!

Loved staying here! Very clean and such a sweet little cottage. There's a perfect little private outdoor area with a small table so you can cook or get takeout and eat outside. Perfect for a cozy little getaway. The only thing I didn't love is that it is close enough to the freeway that you can hear the traffic (and the train). But you get used to that pretty quickly. Arrival and checkout were easy and hosts checked in to see if we needed anything. Would stay here again if in the area.
