Comfortable stay for our first time in Santa Barbara! Located within minutes of the beach and a quick drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

Whether it’s your first time in SB or you’re a returning traveler, Kyle’s stay is the perfect spot to reside during your visit! Starting off with its location near needed stores and recommended restaurants like Jeanine’s diner, you can’t ask for a better location. A stay should consist of both an Experience along with Convenience and this home provides both. In using AirBnB, I think prompt communication from a host is a strong factor of making the stay a great one and Kyle executed that “to a T”! An issue would arise, she was quick to respond! I appreciate the home, the location and the professionalism that Kyle displayed during my visit.

The Upstairs Unit 201 was a fabulous studio space! We were in town for a ranch wedding in Santa Ynez and spend 2 wonderful days in town. It has a beautiful interior design and well appointed with all we needed. We also enjoyed shopping in the local shops, dinner in town as well as a visit to Solvang as well. We would absolutely return for another visit. Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend Jonathan’s place to anyone looking to stay in Santa Barbara. It was incredibly clean, kitchen and bathroom stocked with everything you could need, very comfy bed and a special mention must be given for the shower (great shower head and nice water pressure)

Very comfortable, all the amenities we would want,nice patio to sit & relax, refrigerator with water & ice maker, coffee maker with coffee & creamer provided, microwave, swimming pool, board games, large screen tv. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards provided for use. , Quiet neighborhood & felt very safe. Beach & town very close & walking distance. Look forward to returning in the future.

The apartment was wonderful. The space was nice, comfortably furnished, clean, newly remodeled, and well-supplied. There were a lot of thoughtful little extras that were appreciated. I was a little concerned about noise because the unit was in a row of attached units but they were well soundproofed and we didn't hear a thing from either side or from outside. The communication was excellent and the directions and check-in made everything easy. The only thing I might let people know about is that there is one parking space and it is about thirty yards (I'm guessing) from the unit so this might be a pain if you've got a lot to bring inside or if it's raining. There is additional parking on the street about a short block away. The location is near Cottage Hospital and about a mile and half from the courthouse downtown. It is easy to drive anywhere in Santa Barbara from here. There are also restaurants, bars and coffee shops within a half mile. We will definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location! You are located between 101 exits so no matter which direction you want to go you are quickly on the freeway. Or, if don’t mind a mile walk along the beach, you can walk to State St and all the restaurants. It was so convenient!

The accommodations were nice and clean. Surrounding area is very beautiful and we enjoyed watching the stars at night from the jacuzzi. Bathroom was neat.

Angela’s place was superb. Super comfortable and well equipped. Perfect location, a short walk to the beach. Angela was friendly, efficient and very helpful. I highly recommend her place and will hopefully stay there again.

One of the most beautiful Airbnbs I have ever stayed in

We had a wonderful time at Carolyn and Maurice’s apartment! We had an early flight and were already in town waiting on our 3 o’clock check in when she let us know it was all ready for us, which was a relief because we needed to rest. Just after getting in we were surprised with fresh baked cookies that were delicious! That place was nice and clean and had everything you could need. I walked to the beach morning and night and it was quick and easy. I was very glad to see a first aid kit and beach towels since we had forgotten towels and bandaids. Ventura was home so we were in town visiting family and the place even had Tupperware so I was prepared to snatch my great aunt’s leftovers to enjoy at the apartment later. We were lucky enough to meet both Carolyn and Maurice in the driveway and chat for a bit. The couple times I needed anything Carolyn was quick to respond anywhere from 30 secs to 20 mins on messaging and they were just a minute away upstairs. Great place & hosts! 5 star

I had a very late check in and Jennifer accommodated my needs. She was responsive and able to get me checked in even though it was very last minute and late. I appreciate her willingness to help and work with me.

The place is very spacious, high ceilings throughout. The bedroom has comfortable king-sized bed and plenty of extra room. The shower is huge, does take a while to warm up so patience is required. The location is walking distance from all the main shops, restaurants and the beach. All in all, great stay in Carpinteria.

Jose was very easy to communicate with. The apartment was perfect for our quick trip.

Jannett was responsive from the moment we made a reservation. She made our stay a very pleasant one. The apartment was a walking distance from the pier, shops and restaurants. There was hardly a need to drive anywhere.

Had a great time! Geoff and Annika were great hosts. The sauna was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean, peaceful private, and easy to get to. Easy check in and out.

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Would definitely stay again! 5 minute stroll to beach, lots of parking, great amenities and patio. Short drive to downtown or airport. 15 minutes. Very comfortable!

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

As always when we've stayed before it was a marvelous experience, quiet, comfortable, & peaceful. The place was clean, prepared & well supplied for guests. We loved the closeness of the beach, however, the defining aspect for us is feeling relaxed & rejuvenated with each stay.

Great location, convenient to highway and restaurants. The space was clean and spacious as described. It's not the easiest navigating the apartment complex and all the stairwells but host provided clear instructions. We felt it was easier to access the apartment from the visitor parking lot vs the assigned parking spot. Host was able to provide us with a high chair and pack and play, which was very much appreciated. Overall the apartment was good value for money and I would recommend. Thanks Carina!

Charming unit and a short walk to Linden Ave. A few hundred yards to beach entrance. Host was very responsive. We will come again.

Great place. I've stayed there a couple of times already. Communication is always a breeze. Check in is automated and easy. The apartment complex is beautiful and the area is nice.
