Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Shepherds hut on pasture

Staying in our caravan is an adventure, healing refreshment and a holiday with an amazing sunset. The caravan is on a fenced property in the Brdy Protected Landscape Area. It is located in the undeveloped part of the village, near our house, there are pastures all around, so no sprayed fields. A herd of cows and sheep in the pastures and a beautiful view of the Šumava mountains in front of you. Drinking water available. Firewood is included. This caravan is our wooden heart, which we have reconstructed ourselves. It's just a different, amazing view of the world.

Three houses - View

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Romantic cottage in seclusion

A romantic summer on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded location in nature, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is near a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or go rafting on the Vltava River in the summer months.

Glamping Všímarský stream

Romantic accommodation by the stream - peace, nature, harmony.... Experience an extraordinary stay in a cozy caravan in nature, just a few steps from the bubbling stream. An ideal place for couples, loners or anyone who wants to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Inside you will find a cozy interior with comfortable sleeping, views of the countryside and a small kitchenette for preparing simple meals. Outside you can enjoy sitting by the fire, listening to birds singing or just soaking your feet in the pure stream water.

Pure nature - Haus im Wald am Biberdamm

In the house in the forest, absolute tranquility awaits you surrounded by nature. You have your own vacation home in a secluded location without neighbors. There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and the adjacent Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Stay, rest and relax or take a trip to one of the many interest points located near by! Also possible to reach by public transport.

Yary yurt

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Maringotka GlamBee

Užijte si pobyt v klidném prostředí naší maringotky se včelkami, obklopeni nádhernou přírodou na okraji CHKO Brdy a relaxujte v naší soukromé sauně. Nádherná krajina v okolí pod maringotkou se přezdívá "Pod rybníčky". V těsné blízkosti uvidíte pole, rozlehlé louky a lesy. Velká dominanta krajiny jsou kamenné stěny z nedalekého lomu, který určitě stojí za návštěvu. Západně od maringotky se nachází prostor starého zemědělského družstva, které má nádech tajuplna.

Chalet Blatnice

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.
