We offer accommodation in a newly renovated apartment - originally a barn - on an old farm estate near the village of Komařice in South Bohemia. The farm is located in a secluded area near the forest, about 1 km from the village in close proximity to ponds. The apartment is located in a separate building with its own entrance, which guarantees privacy regardless of the permanent residents of the family. You will have a living room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.

The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

The cottage is located in Volšovy, just 3 km from Sušice, where you can find all amenities. It lies by the forest and offers absolute peace and quiet with a view of the Šumava countryside. Parking is possible on the private plot, where you can also find a pergola and a terrace. The two-storey cottage is equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower WiFi and TV. Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.
