We offer accommodation in a newly renovated apartment - originally a barn - on an old farm estate near the village of Komařice in South Bohemia. The farm is located in a secluded area near the forest, about 1 km from the village in close proximity to ponds. The apartment is located in a separate building with its own entrance, which guarantees privacy regardless of the permanent residents of the family. You will have a living room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.

The cottage is located in Volšovy, just 3 km from Sušice, where you can find all amenities. It lies by the forest and offers absolute peace and quiet with a view of the Šumava countryside. Parking is possible on the private plot, where you can also find a pergola and a terrace. The two-storey cottage is equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower WiFi and TV. It is only 10 minutes walk to the village where there is a shop, bistro, pub, post office, doctor and pharmacy. You'll love it here because the surrounding countryside is beautiful in summer and winter. Beautiful south Bohemian cottage

The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.
