Yani, Maica, and Mary were the trifecta of service so empowered and incredibly responsive I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. The unit was lovely and well appointed and when I requested a sheet to help adjust to the climate, I was met with a creative and prompt solution from my amazing and inspired service team. Never before have I had such superb service and I would stay again in a heartbeat. It didn’t hurt too that the location and ambiance were sublime. Despite my slightly bumbling initial communications Yani, Mary, and Maica made our stay something to remember, rinse, and repeat as necessary in a world full of average, this stay was quite something special thank you!

we enjoyed the massive space 10 to 12 people could sleep really comfortably at this place. i wanted it for the great view. everything was really clean too. plenty of towels for the 2 of us. lovely smelling shower gel. both shower power was great too. Thank you for responding very quickly and letting us in early too.

3 Concordia is in an ideal location within walking distance to Gurney Drive attractions - the Gurney bay park, F&B eateries, Pulau Tikus morning Market etc. It's low density (12 units) makes this apartment cosy & quiet. Unit is spotless, well furnished & attendants are at the guard post at all times. Check in/out is easy via the attendants. Definitely our top choice for our next trip to Penang island!!

It was a perfect place for us to stay. It was very central for us. It’s an apartment enough for the 2 of us. It was a very convenient place for us not only for shopping but for various eateries and grocery store. I’ll definitely book this place again if I do return to Malaysia. It’s definitely an apartment not for cooking, if you plan to cook. It has minimal utensils and pots. But no need to especially since there are abundant restaurants at Paradigm Mall. Kenneth was a very responsive host.

The place was really big and clean. We had 5 people and there was more than enough space for us to gather in the living room. Place was really lovely and location was very convenient as it was pretty close to KSL. Would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Good location, easy to get around by GrabCar. Pick up point in right downstairs the block. Aircon and water pressure is very powerful. Place is clean too. Will be back!

Amazing host and room! Everything was so clear, check in and check out process so smooth. We really appreciated how clean everything was and a very generic hotel room was made into an aesthetic and homely stay. Extra amenities like the washing machine were really appreciated. We stayed in the same hotel but with a different company after and it did not live up to this host, where check in was a hassle and everything was dirty, so if your staying in KLCC i very highly recommend this hotel with this host specifically. Pool and location are also great 😊

Le logement était très propre, conforme à la description, et parfaitement équipé. La prise des clés s’est faite très simplement grâce aux instructions claires, et la communication avec les hôtes a été fluide et réactive. Une excellente expérience, je recommande vivement !

The location was perfect for us — it allowed easy travel (with our own transport) across the bridges and to George Town, while still being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great just wish the pool was open though, very convenient place with food almost everywhere, plus with the mall nearby. Its a big plus for anyone who needs to stay in setia alam or near shah alam for a lil while
