Edmar, May and Anne are great! Crazy low price for the location and quality of the room. One should just be aware of the noise from the bars and clubs; I use a noise machine when I sleep so it was no issue for me.

Great Stay in a Convenient Location. Just as shown in the picture. Although the room was compact, it was a beautiful place to stay and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff—Mea, Shannon, and Ryan—were especially helpful and made our experience even better. The location is ideal, with easy walking access to metro stations and bus stops. Plus, there are plenty of great spots nearby for coffee and breakfast.

I arrived at 11:45pm and was unable to retrieve my digital key due to system maintenance. However there was a tablet on the wall where I could communicate with someone and they directed me to an area where I could obtain a temporary key card. Very thankful!

It's incredible place. You got so many things to do. Tourist friendly. Peacefully place to take rest. Friendly host.

Good quality hotel, nice and clean. The only problem is that it is near the boat quay, and it is a bit noisy at night.

Perfect location for museums, shopping, good restaurants and convenient stores. There are bus stops nearby. The hosting team members are friendly, responsive and attentive to my needs during my stay. Offer free laundry on-site. Very cozy place especially if you’re planning to be outdoor most of your days. Would highly recommend to solo travelers.

I had a fantastic stay at my apartment at Heritage Collection! It’s compact and has most of the essentials you’ll need to have a comfortable stay! It’s in the heart of Chinatown and within walking distance to all the great places and restaurants. The team are also very friendly and helpful throughout your stay.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay in Singapore! The location was ideal — right in the heart of Chinatown, which gave us easy access to great food, local culture, and the MRT for getting around the city. It was lively but still quiet enough at night for a good sleep. During our stay, we explored Chinatown (just outside the doorstep!), visited Sentosa Island, and spent a full day at Universal Studios — all really easy to get to from the apartment. We also had a great evening at Lau Pa Sat hawker centre, where the satay street opens up at night — highly recommended! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for a short city break. Great communication from the host too. Would definitely stay again!

Room was clean, comfortable and centrally located in Chinatown. Easy to get around everywhere with MRT. Room is small but perfect for 1 person and reasonably priced for the location. Great for 2-3 days in Singapore. Only downside is the digital key on the phone. App did not work when I arrived so I needed a physical keycard (which I preferred anyway) but the concept just seems like a hassle having to rely on battery/signal.

Will definitely come back!

Host friendly dan cepat reply.. even lps 12 am still reply.. late check in after 12, ada staff berjaga disitu, so no worries.. Overall tempat also good, dkt dgn bandar KT.. tapi tak messy sebab suasana dalam kampung.. tenang and nice.. Suitable and recommended for small family, couple or single..
