Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

A Little Piece of Haven Lake Retreat

We had a small high school girls' reunion with several of us traveling from a distance- we all grew up in this area. The lake log home was beautiful- easy access, beautiful lake view. We had cold, rainy weather, but it was cozy inside and we got to spend time together in a relaxing home that felt like home away from home. The house was well stocked with basics. I stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment during my 20-year Colgate Reunion and had a very peaceful, relaxing stay. I was very comfortable in the apartment and had everything I needed. I loved the view from the bedroom window and enjoyed walking around outside to see the beautiful gardens, pond, orchard, and windmills. I really appreciated little details like bottled water and the welcome message John wrote on the whiteboard. Thank you so much!

Ryan's place is one of the best Airbnb homes we have visited and pictures do not do the place justice. The open concept layout is great and the entire house is furnished and decorated beautifully. The living room is so cozy with the electric fireplace and the leather recliner (which is not in the pictures) in addition to the sofa. The master bedroom is very spacious and there is a second TV which my husband appreciated. The house is fully equipped and very clean. This was the second time staying at this Airbnb and we will stay here whenever we are in the area. This house is conveniently located to so many stores and restaurants and only 2 min to Target, Tops, Panera bread, McDonald's and 3 min to Starbucks. Wegmans and Trader Joe's is only about 8 min away and Syracuse U is 18 min away. This is a perfect housee for any SU families visiting their child.

My family and I agreed this was the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. My only regret is not writing a thank you note to Christianne. She was so hospitable, helpful, welcoming to my kids, and kind. The living space was beautiful, and the grounds around it were even better! My kids loved feeding the sheep and watching the chicken and cats. We were able to roast marshmallows around the firepit and play cornhole. It was all around a wonderful long weekend. Thank you, Christianne!
