Spacious house with large sunny outdoor area and a small outdoor living room. Beautiful nature around the door, great hiking opportunities in the area. Mountain hikes and fishing in the fjord and water as well as salmon fishing river in nearby areas. New and great swimming facilities (Suldal bad) approx. 20 min from. 5 min walk to grocery store, otherwise 20 min to the center of Suldal with cafe and nice shops. Approx. 1 hour to Røldal, 2 hours away from Trolltunga and Preikestolen. The house is located in Ryfylke which is about 2.5 hours from Stavanger and 2 hours from Haugesund.

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

In this quiet accommodation you can enjoy a view of the fjord from the living room, terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. Det er kun 5 min. ned til sjøen. Til Sauda er det kun 15 min. med bil. Here you will find most things, including swimming pools. Lots of opportunities for great mountain hiking and other nature experiences all year round. Svandalen Ski Center is 15 min away by car. The cabin is rented out to guests who respect that they live in our private cabin and are NOT rented out for parties and private events.

It is a 2-3 minute walk down to the sea with several swimming and fishing areas. Fantastic hiking areas just nearby, for example Lølandsnuten and Fattnesnuten. Here is a driveable road all the way and good parking opportunities. - Wood-fired hot tub. - Frying pan. - Toys and games for children. About 35 minute drive to the alpine center in Sauda.

Naustet is brand new and part of the lake house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a dock with fishing opportunity. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the pier. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has a 5 km hiking trail.
