Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, tenang. Wkt cek in dilayani ramah banget. Cari makan gampang dan supermarket jg tersedia. Absolutely pengen balik menginap disini lagi.

I stayed here for 5 months during my study abroad. During this time Maria was an amazing host that could help with any problems that could occur and get you connected with people. Had an amazing experience here and would definitely stay in one of her apartments again.

A great place to stay, the host was helpful and easy to reach. there’s a problem about the water during my stay in the unit but the host responded quickly and the problem solved immediately. Would be my choice if I come to malang again.

First time for me in Batu and i already want to go back the city itself is beautiful to see and explore and the villa was even better than i expected enough room and beautiful setting the pool is a good addition to have a nice cooling down and the ac's were also a big plus everything you need like towels soap and kitchenware is there and even a karaoke set i would definitely recommend this to other people and i will for sure come back to this villa when i go back to batu again.

host responsibe dan friendly. lokasi mudah dijangkau dari exit tol, asri, tenang. Mungkin karena area cukup rimbun, sehingga banyak semut masuk kedalam, tp disediakan baygon & obat semprot nyamuk. overall sangat okey unt family trip.

The place is private, peacefull and cool... view is great.. nice host.. the place is just nice for us family of 5, near to local attraction and restaurant.. when we are enjoying for stay at home holiday.. Gofood and GoMart is really helpfull. Overall.. we enjoy our 10 days holiday there. Recommended Place for Healing..😊😊😊

Villanya bagus dan nyaman sesuai dengan foto & deskripsi. Sedikit trouble di water heater aja yg gaada padahal udh save biar paginya kebagian. Tapi overall okeeee villanya, recomended 👏🏻

The villa is very nice — it truly feels like home! We enjoyed our stay so much that we almost forgot to check out. 😊 The owner is very kind, the location is perfect, and we’ll definitely be back. Just a small suggestion: it might be helpful to have a shower or rinse area near the pool. That way, after swimming, guests can rinse off before heading back inside, so the house doesn’t get wet from pool water

saya menginap disini 4 hari untuk wisuda rumahnya sesuai dengan deskripsi, pilihan yang sangat tepat rumahnya sangat luas sekali dengan fasilitas lengkap, tersedia air hangat juga, ac ada di dua kamar, air mengalir dengan lancar juga wifi yang cepat. Tuan rumahnya awalnya memang slow resp tapi semakin hari semakin lebih baik dan menjadi sangat komunikatif, luar biasa sekali tidak bisa saya deskripsikan karena memang sebagus dan selengkap itu, coba saja langsung tidak menyesal.

Kamarnya luas dan tempat tidurnya nyaman. Fasilitas: Villanya memiliki semua fasilitas yang kami butuhkan, seperti kolam renang pribadi, dapur lengkap, dan Wi-Fi yang kencang. Lokasi: Lokasinya strategis, mudah ditemukan, dekat dengan berbagai tempat wisata di Malang, seperti Batu Night Spectacular, Jawa Timur Park 1 & 2, dan Museum Angkut. Staf: Stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu. Mereka selalu siap membantu kami dengan apa pun yang kami butuhkan. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat puas dengan Kayama Villa dan saya pasti akan merekomendasikannya ke kawan-kawan saya
