Rustic Villa’s was the perfect winter break. The villa we stayed in had the most incredible view of the valley down toward Ulcinj and the sea. The property is located on an olive farm which is very private. The pool with BBQ area is amazing and would be perfect for a hot summer day. The villa itself has everything you need and is super clean. Upstairs the bedroom has a balcony perfect for morning coffee and croissants. The hot tub is huge and was a great way to relax after a long day of touring. It is recommended to have your own vehicle to get around and see Montenegro. Đona was great at giving us ideas of where to go and what we could do to celebrate New Years. Đona was one of the most amazing people we have ever met. It was like visiting family. He made our stay so comfortable and went out of his way to make us feel at home. From having lovely conversations over baklava and Raki, to enjoying an evening BBQ with snacks and wine. We could not have found a better place to stay!

This is simply a wonderful place! Kol and Meri are the perfect hosts. We felt at home from the very beginning. As a group of five (3 adults, 2 young kids) we had a quiet and relaxed time. The garden and the pool are perfect. Easy to walk down to the lake side and lots of activities along the lake. 10 out of 10 for us. We hope to come back soon.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service that truly set the tone for our stay. One of the standout features was the private hot tub, it was absolutely lush! The hosts made sure to clean it out and refill it fresh for us every day, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast delivered right to our room, which added a lovely touch to our mornings. The on-site restaurant was another gem; it was not only affordable but also served some of the most delicious meals we experienced during our time in Shkodër. The quality and taste of the food exceeded our expectations, making dining there a true pleasure. The staff were nothing short of outstanding. Do a night perfect in Villas

Great house, very modern. The kitchen is basically equipped, but we mostly ate out. There are great restaurants within walking distance of the property. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures and was not heated. Certainly great for the summer, still too cool for us in May. There is no door between the two bedrooms on the upper floor, but you can also see that in the photos.
