The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

My family and I live on the sunny outskirts of Waldau, directly in the beautiful Ansbachtal at the foot of the Thuringian Forest. A separate entrance leads you to your area of the house. The bright and newly renovated rooms invite you to relax. The forest is almost at your doorstep. It is only a few minutes by bike to the Ratscher mountain lake. The Goethe city of Ilmenau, the state capital of Erfurt or the Vestestadt of Coburg in neighboring Bavaria are easily accessible by highway.

Suhl OT Goldlauter vacation home

The residential complex is about 64 m² and includes a living room with kitchen, refrigerator, couch and TV, a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and integrated shower. This part is on the 1st floor. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, one with 18 m² (room height 1.95 m) with 2 beds. The 2nd bedroom is about 12 m² with 2 beds (room height about 2 m). You must make the beds yourself. In the vacation home there are games, books and sleds.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a large, bidet shower, infrared cabin and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The washer-dryer is also integrated in this.
