Excellent rental, comfortable and convenient and ideal location

Cozy and comfortable place, with all amenities you could need for business travel. Kitchen came in handy for breakfast and having in room laundry was very useful. Felt very safe in a busy metro area.

Great location with convenient garage parking. Really nice amenities especially the pool. Just wish it had been warmer weather to enjoy it. Extra special spices for cooking and the refrigerator was awesome! Really enjoyed my visit.

This place is the best place I stayed at in Houston so far. The place has a private entrance and private outdoor place. Was also full of kitchenware and towels. Ethan and Grace are amazing hosts, very helpful and responsive. They accommodated all the changes I had to make and were really easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was convenient and comfortable. Plenty of space for 4 guest. The garage is a plus as well. If I decide to come back to Houston I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. It's also perfectly located within 5 minutes to all the restaurants and shops on Bellaire Blvd. I definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Houston area!

We loved our stay! Everything was how they described. The place was clean and the area made me feel safe. We needed additional amenities and they were very proactive in helping us with it. The location has tons of food and grocery places nearby. Would stay here again. A few things that might help: There are two buildings with the same number so follow the instructions closely so you do not get confused. There are only basic utensils so if you plan to cook you might wanna consider that.

Check-in was a breeze. The host was incredibly courteous. Rooms are nice. Didn't realize they were going to have a kitchenette, which is a great thing. Will definitely be staying there again.

Was an amazing stay. Me and the wife wanted something cozy while we checked out the city in hopes of relocating. The area of the Airbnb really surprised us and helped us decide on the area to hopefully relocate to soon. Would really recommend if you want something quiet and cozy.

This was an extremely clean, elegant apartment that my 5 year old daughter’s first words upon entering were: “oh wow daddy, this is beautiful!”. Everything was spotless clean, very thoughtfully decorated and convenient supplies were plentiful. It’s located on the western outer belt of Houston. Really close to plenty of restaurants (do not skip Poblanos!) stores and most importantly the highway (i-10 Katy Fwy) which can take you directly to downtown. Parking is available and the instructions to get in were spot on. However the main highlight of this listing was not the apartment itself, but the host. Diana was an extremely helpful, cordial and responsive host. I did not have the pleasure to meet her but my mother did as she quickly took care of an internet issue we encountered. Hosts like Diana are part of the reason I’d rather book an airbnb vs a Hotel; they make all the difference. Definitely give this place a shot and come back to thank me later.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was centrally located to everything, literally a 15 min drive to most locations we visited. The apartment are just as the pictures show. It is a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. We loved the gated parking, gazebo and pool. Tavoris was easy to reach & answers promptly . Hands down will book this location in the future. Literally just looked for an upcoming trip and they are BOOKED!

The bathroom was clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, a thoughtful touch. The attention to detail was outstanding – extras like towels, coffee, and tea made me feel at home. The building was in a quiet, secure area with a great gym and friendly staff. Whether for work or leisure, this place has it all. The host was communicative and ensured I had everything I needed.
