We had a lovely stay here, we were attending a wedding and so didn’t get to make the most of the beautiful location. The annex is separate to the main house, is exceptionally clean, access to the garden was via large bi fold doors to the back with a lovely garden and scenery to enjoy a morning coffee. Arrived to the log burner lit and the house ready for us. Tea/coffee and fresh milk had been left which was gratefully received. The kitchen well stocked for cooking and everywhere clean and tidy. Hosts were so friendly and great at communicating quickly, next time we are travelling in the area would definitely stay here. Can recommend in the summer for the peace of countryside with a pub a short walk away, or a cosy retreat in the winter.

Really lovely place to stay, Wendy is super friendly and so good with our kids. The dogs were gorgeous and we loved spending time with them. The cottage was lovely and clean and had everything we needed including bonus items like toys and crafty bits. A great stay, we look forward to visiting again.

We spent a tranquil weekend at a secluded private residence, featuring spacious and well-manicured lawns and flowerbeds that comfortably accommodated our requirements. The trees in the garden’s corner provided an additional amenity, as we frequently utilise hammocks, and this particular location was ideal. The pool was the highlight of our stay, and the weather remained favourable throughout our visit. Although we did not meet the hosts in person, they were always responsive via text message. The property also had ample space for parking my car in the driveway at the front. Breakfast was included, featuring coffee, fresh bread, and jam. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and would certainly return. We highly recommend the Pavilion.

Just returned home after spending Easter weekend at Ians place. Although the property is attached to the main building, it is very private and doesn't feel attached. Ian met us on arrival to show us the key on and was very helpful with letting us know about local restaurants and pubs (I'd suggest booking a table in advance as we struggled on a Sunday for food). the property itself was cosy, very comfortable bed and the hot tub was excellent which mirrored the outstanding views. Milk, tea, coffee, pastries, jams and butter was provided. a handy little fridge was great for chilling the hot tub beers. We took little barbeques with us that Ian was more than happy for us to use in the outdoor space. highly recommend this property.

Wow, what an incredible place the balcony suite is! Located in the most gorgeous gardens of Tess and Roger's home. Very welcoming and warm to greet us. We were then left to our own accord to have an amazing weekend away. We were bless with excellent weather, which really made it. The outside space is such a healing and calming area. The wild swimming pool is WONDERFUL! It is based in clay and so smells great and makes your skin feel wonderful. Very, very clean and clear waters to swim in. Beautiful grounds to wander and admire the flowers and watch the wildlife. A love balcony to enjoy the sunset and a host of local recommendations for places to eat out. The inside is cute, small (as expected) with a good bathroom and well put together and clean. I couldn't recommend visiting enough!

Very impressed with accommodation, and also very helpful with the area also, never seen such a clean property and they left us some food supplies to get us going. the ergonomics are well thought out, housed four of us no issue. couldn't be happier especially with such short notice. worth it!

Would highly recommend staying here. Comfortable accommodation looking out onto a beautiful garden, surrounded by trees and open fields. Great for Dogs, with a separate large area for them to play in. Plenty of room to park. Walking distance to the local bakery, park and pub and only a short drive into Bury St Edmunds with all of its amenities including shops, restaurants and station.

This is a very rural and peaceful location in the Suffolk countryside - but only about 10 minutes from the main roads for quick access to other places you may like to visit.

There is a reason Rob is a super host. Not only are the accommodations absolutely perfect, your hosts are amazing people! Do yourself a favor and select Rob’s place to stay when you are in the area. You’ll be happy you did! We will definitely stay here again, when we return.

This is a fantastic Airbnb. We stayed here for 4 nights to enable us to go cycling in the area. Marilyn’s Airbnb is beautifully fitted out with an en-suite shower room. There is a hairdryer and toiletries are provided. The breakfast goodies of bread, crumpets, raspberries, Greek yogurts, grapes, cereal and tea and coffee were very much appreciated. The airbnb has a patio to sit out on in the lovely garden. We were made to feel very welcome and were very comfortable during our stay. All our washing up was done daily for us. Thank you to Marilyn and Claire for such a great stay. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

This was the 2nd time staying at Nikki’s place and again we were not disappointed. Beautiful room, everything spotlessly clean. Super comfy bed and great shower. Beautiful area and so quiet. Nikki is a fab host and I can’t recommend the Garden Room highly enough.
