Tiny house vacation rentals in Suffolk County

The cottage is ideally situated and worked well for my family for last minute weekend getaway to Hamptons. The place is super clean and tidy, the host and on site property manager is very responsive and helpful. The place is small and just as described, was comfortable for my family of four. I want to emphasize the place was really clean and tidy, a bit dated but had its own charm. We also had a covered patio so didn’t feel tight or cramped. The cottage is also less than 2 miles from the beach. I would recommend the place for a couple and for a family with two small children as a base to visit the Hamptons and surrounding areas.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Ironwood. It was a very a unique experience. The trailer was comfortable, cozy, clean, and looked exactly like the photos. Issac was a fantastic host. Looking forward to returning!

The Captain’s Cottage was the perfect stay for us. We had a last minute request that Nicholas was quick to accept and had all details readily available. The cottage was well maintained, shower had great water pressure, cute private space out back for grilling, and a cozy bed. Just far enough away from the farm store to be quiet but close enough to walk to enjoy their food and beverages. The farm store was prompt, the food was fresh and clearly made with love so you better not miss it. The cottage offered the peace and comfort we needed after saying goodbye to a dear friend. We hope to return and are grateful for the kindness shown to us and our pug.

We have had several family vacations on the North Shore now, but this was beyond our expectations. Pretty much a private beach on LI Sound in your backyard. Amazing layout with a wrap around deck with three daybeds for lounging outside among the tall hardwood trees and listening to the waves. Hammocks, hot tub and sauna below with a private gym and knocked out theater setup for streaming movies. There were 5 adults and two three year olds on this trip so the 3 full baths were great. The house felt like home for 7 great days and nights. Rainy days were filled with train museums, an aquarium and butterfly gardens and a fabulous library. And the North Atlantic waves are a 25 minute drive. Oh , and everyone said the beds were super comfortable.

Such a wonderful lodging! My son and I stayed for a week for him to attend camp nearby and the hospitality with the entire staff was remarkable! Clean, quiet, communal feel and tended to my every request! I highly recommend this charming little place!

I have to say this was one of my favorite stays at air b and b because Mary was such an amazing host. Kind, helpful, considerate and a wonderful human to talk to. She went out of her way to make sure my stay was great and even picked up a few things at the store for me as she knew I was going into a busy couple of days. The cottage itself felt like a sanctuary; peaceful, quiet and lovely simple touches that made it feel homey. I can't say enough about the wonderful energy of the place itself and the lovely host, I would highly recommend this location.

I travel constantly for busy and have stayed in many Airbnbs and our stay at Sarah’s property was without a doubt our best stay ever anywhere! Beautifully contemporary, pristinely clean, everything needed plus lovely extra touches with an extremely thoughtful, friendly, professional & very responsive host all in a very peaceful surrounding. We felt so comfortable and at home that now I am looking for future business opportunities to return to Westport just so we can stay at Sarah’s lovely barn!

Beautiful, private, home with a lot of charm situated above a pond with small waterfall. Not far from restaurants and grocery store. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Anne Marie’s cottage was exactly as described right along w/the peaceful surroundings, lovely views of the water and close proximity to beach and town. She gave us recommendations for local gems, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We will certainly try to get back again. Cheers to the host 🥂

Our stay at Tennis and Sea was exactly what we needed to finish our adventure on Long Island. Our puppies had the fenced yard to roam around all day and we had the security to know we were in a private area. The place was the perfect beach vibe we needed to unwind from our last week of work. The area is beautiful and really close to West Hampton shops and beaches.

This was our second time staying at Just Waves and always hard to leave. Crystalyn is a lovely host and the house just as beautiful as the pictures. An easy walk to Ditch and short bike/drive into town, there’s something for everyone.

Great place to stay. We did get lots of ants at one point if food was left out, including dog food. The place was great overall and we’d stay again.

We could not have been happier with our choice to stay here and the experience was seamless! The interior design, amenities and cleanliness were on par with any hotel but with a more private and peaceful location in a beautiful and historic neighborhood. It's a convenient location to have access to everything in Cold Spring Harbor, Huntington or for catching a train to and from Manhattan. Communication was great and there was nothing we needed that wasn't already provided, would definitely recommend this tiny home to anybody visiting the area.

I have a lovely time at this charming home. It was exactly as pictured and advertised. The home is warm and inviting and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. The backyard has a beautiful view of a lake. I spent quite a bit of time on the rear deck reading and getting distracted by that view. Locally there is Greenport Village, Orient Point State Park and Inlet County Park to name a few of my favorite outings. Thank you to my host for being so responsive when I called with a minor issue one late evening. I hope to return for another stay one day in the future.

Jenelle was an exceptional hostess during my 3-month stay in her Tiny Home. She was very attentive regarding my comfort throughout my stay. The Tiny Home met all my expectations for comfort and privacy in a beautifully landscaped lot. When adding in the landscaping, location, and the neighborhood, it absolutely exceeded my expectations for my work stay on Long Island.

Adorable cottage across from a pretty lake. Private and quiet. Cottage was clean. Plenty of nice towels and hot water. View was beautiful. Bring your cotton sheets if you don't like microfiber, and bring your SS pans if you don't like non-stick cookware. Robert was very kind and responsive. Would stay here again!

Perfect getaway in Shelter Island! The pool house is as amazing as it looks in the listing :) Cute house on a beautiful, peaceful and very private green lot. Primael was very welcoming and responsive. She was also very flexible in terms of our check in and check out. Everything went super smoothly. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The cottage was absolute heaven! It’s on a beautiful property with wonderful amenities. There is no shortage of things to do near by, but you could also enjoy a peaceful relaxing stay on property. We swam in the pool, grilled on the deck, played ping pong and took the canoe out on the bay. Sunsets from the cottage were great too. We brought our dog along and the property was very pet friendly. The cottage itself was clean and really had everything you could need. We’ll definitely be back! Brian was lovely to deal with and has set up a hidden gem here.
