This cozy chalet overlooks the entire Bay of Santander and the famous Somo beach, which is just 500 meters away, an extensive sandy area with 8 km of fine sand. It is located a short walk from the Pedreña Golf Course, and the Somo ferries that will take you to Santander on a ride through the beautiful Bay. It has good communications and alternatives to enjoy the sports you like most: surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, jet skis, scuba diving, horseback riding, golf, hiking, etc.

Our apartment is located in a natural setting 400 meters from the Santemar Hotel and a five-minute walk from the first Sardinero beach. It is a beautiful building in a very quiet community. It has a closed garage and a small terrace where you can relax listening to the sea and the birds after a day at the beach.
