This luxury dune villa is located on the Makkum beach resort. The authentic village of Makkum is 2 km away and has nice restaurants and a warm bakery, luxury butcher and a large supermarket. The villa has underfloor heating and also has a cozy gas fireplace. There is a garage for the storage of bicycles or surfing gear. There are two bicycles available with which you can explore the beautiful Friesland. The house is also equipped with a sauna and has an outdoor shower, nice for after surfing.

The house is nicely centrally located on a quiet park. With a sunny terrace and views over the nature reserve and the water. You can fish from the jetty! Our cozy vacation home (55m2) is located directly on the water. From the terrace/living room, you can look freely over the harbor where there is always something to do. From the roof terrace, you have a fantastic view over the entire lake (the Fluessen) and in the distance Heeg. De Koggeplaet is a small quiet park. It has a beach and a boat ramp. A paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and peace seekers. Within walking distance is a diner, boat rental and 2 sailing schools.

Everyone will be happy in this family-friendly park. In the colder seasons you can relax in the in-house sauna or sit comfortably in front of the fireplace.

Enjoy some quiet time in our wonderful luxurious villa in Stavoren, Holland. Stavoren is located about an hour and a half drive north of Amsterdam. There are plenty of water sports possibilities (surfing, kite-surfing, sailing,...) as well as golfing, hiking, bird-watching in the area. A well equipped supermarket is near the centre of Stavoren (about 3 km from the house) which is also reachable by boat. Several good restaurants nearby are reachable on foot or by bike.

Modernly furnished chalet from 2021 on 5-star campsite de Kuilart in Koudum, number 179. The chalet has all the comforts and has a spacious older bedroom with a box spring of 160x200. The 2nd bedroom has an 80x200 bunk bed. A luxurious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. PLEASE NOTE; You still pay €7.50 per person per night at Camping de Kuilart. This is for tourist tax, WiFi, pool cards and key drop off. For a dog, you pay €6.00 per night.
