Du erreichst die 120 qm freistehende Villa auf einem 490 qm Garten über eine Privatstraße. In wenigen Minuten bist Du am feinen Sandstrand vom See und in dem Waldgebiet welches Untergöhren mit Göhren-Lebbin verbindet. Entspanne in der Außensauna und im 36 grad warmen Whirlpool. Die Energieversorgung ist umweltfreundlich über Photovoltaik des Nachbarhauses und über eine hauseigene Wärmepumpe sicher gestellt. Den Abend genießt ihr vor dem Kamin oder auf der Süd-Terrasse mit Grillkamin.

50 meters from the lake with a great courtyard

The half-timbered courtyard was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

In the first row, directly on Lake Plauer, lies the vacation home "MarthaSee" with unobstructed, magnificent panoramic views of the lake. In a minute you are at or in the water and can enjoy the lake. Opposite the property is a petting zoo for the little ones. Nearby you can rent bicycles, boats or canoes. Restaurants are within walking distance. Adjacent to the property is the 55-kilometer-long, often natural, idyllic bike and lakeside path around the lake.

Spacious apartments in the Feldberg lakes. We are pleased that you are interested in our new apartments in a fantastic location in the middle of the beautiful Feldberg lake landscape. Our house is located directly on the Amtswerder peninsula in the Feldberg district, not far from the large and small Haussee. Our apartment house was completed in July 2019. The apartment "Carwitzer See" has been classified by the German Tourism Association with 4 stars.

The ideal apartment for large families, groups of friends, seminars. Enjoy a great view from one of your two spacious balconies on the first floor or the additional balcony in the attic. Two bedrooms with king size double bed, one children's room with two bunk beds, two shower bathrooms and two living rooms with sofa bed. Bright, light-flooded, lovingly designed spaces. Individually selected furniture in harmonious arrangements in a special ambience.

Right on the beach - tranquility and comfort on 200 m²

The property is separated from Lake Plau by only a low-traffic side road. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. In front of the house is a beach with seasonal gastronomy. In a few minutes you can reach two restaurants, a kiosk, the marina with motorboat rental and the ferry terminal. A parking space for two vehicles is right by the house. Linens and towels are included in the price. The house was completely renovated in February 2019.

My home, the Mecklenburg Lake Plateau, is a unique hilly end moraine landscape with many rivers, lakes and an indescribable nature that is worth discovering! Within sight of Lake Kummerow, we invite you to relax in our lovingly furnished apartment on our 4-sided farm. Nearby is the Peene, an unspoiled paradise for water hikers/anglers with untouched natural areas. That is why the river is also called the “Amazon of the North.”

Vacation home at Warener Hafen "Casita Priscila"

The apartment is located in a half-timbered house which is about 1 minute from the Waren city harbor. As it is a duplex apartment, our guests must enjoy climbing the stairs. However, when the last step is completed, you will be rewarded with a fantastic terrace with unobstructed views of the Waren city harbor. This is even more beautiful than in the photos! Right in the center, but relatively quiet.
