Vacation rentals with a sauna in Südliche Weinstraße

There were two of us (father + child) in the apartment and we felt like we were guests at Udo's. Everything was perfectly furnished, clean and cozy. Even breakfast is a highlight (highly recommended!). We were allowed to feed the alpacas and take selfies on the very first morning. Udo explained a lot to us about alpacas. The outdoor area with sauna and Jacuzzi in the winter garden are also simply great. From here, many exciting excursion destinations can be reached, the Hahnenbachtal right next door, Idar-Oberstein with its mineral museums and tunnels only half an hour away by car. Short distances to the forest, but you also have some meters of altitude to climb and descend. In any case, a double thumbs up 👍

We had a very nice time with you. The location was quiet and very peaceful. The studio was nice and clean.

Pia was super nice, even allowed us an earlier check-in for a small surcharge. If we had any questions, she was immediately available and gave us tips for the area :)

Ina and Wanja are wonderful hosts. We were very warmly welcomed right at the beginning and felt absolutely welcome. The two were totally attentive and prudent and regularly inquired whether everything was fine. If we had a question or a request, they were totally sweet and accommodating. The accommodation has an incomparable view of the castle and countryside and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. On the incredibly great and large terrace, the beautiful hours just fly by!

Aurelie and Thomas' apartment in the Les Contades district is very quiet yet centrally located. The tram is almost right outside the door and it runs about every 10 minutes. You are in the center or at other sights (European Parliament, etc.) in no time. The apartment on the 5th floor is newly renovated, very clean and tastefully decorated. For four, it was perfect in size. There is a small elevator in the building. Particularly noteworthy is the good communication and the commitment of the landlords. A small problem during our stay was immediately responded to and taken care of excellently. We had very nice, unforgettable days in Strasbourg and will be happy to come back to this wonderful place next time :-) Kind regards, Melanie

We had a much too short stay at Moselsteig Lodge. We rented apartment #3, and really it didn’t disappoint. The view is spectacular. The apartment is furnished simply and very open, so it’s relaxing to be there. The expansive windows and view are pretty much a constant in the space so we were in heaven. The shared balcony space is really great. It’s perfect for a glass of wine and relaxing at the end of a busy day. We did several of the local walking routes and also enjoyed the area with our motorbike. Starkenburg is a lovely, quaint village, set away from the touristy city below and we thought it was a perfect spot to stay. We definitely would like to return for longer, and to try the sauna and cafe next time 😉 Tip for previous comments about this: The electric shutters are great for blocking out the heat and morning sunshine. We always put the shutters down when we left for the day and when we returned later it was cool inside.

It was a lovely accommodation to stay-very clean and cozy. The place is far from the Stuttgart city center but it worth it. I would choose this place for my next visit.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment! Communication with the landlord was excellent – very fast, courteous and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and fully equipped, exactly as described in the text and shown in the pictures. It was everything you needed (plus an additional sauna), available and worked perfectly. We also liked the beautiful garden with pond and cozy outdoor seating.

Everything's perfect. The only thing we have missed is more light in the bathroom, as it only has the light from the mirror and when showering with the screen so dark it generated little clarity.

The space was clean, spacious and well appointed. There's nothing missing. Check-in instructions were great. The couch is a little small for two people for a cozy TV evening, but you could use Netflix freely, which is not the rule.

Super nice apartment that makes you feel right at home. The location is top: quiet, family friendly and with a nice park nearby, ideal for walks or a little getaway. Shopping facilities are also within easy reach. Especially convenient: there is a private parking space, which makes getting there and everyday life very relaxed. Our personal highlight was the terrace – perfect to end the day in peace. We had a great time and would come back anytime

Very nice apartment, well maintained, clean. The accommodation is peaceful, located in a peaceful haven. The sauna is very good especially after a day of work, it is very relaxing. Carinne is very responsive and very kind. I highly recommend this property.

This was an absolutely idyllic stay! The place is a haven of peace, offering refreshing tranquility in the heart of a charming and warm landscape. A real joy to disconnect from everyday life! Isabelle's hospitality was exceptional. His kindness and friendliness, typically Alsatian, immediately put us at ease. His valuable tips for exploring the area and his restaurant recommendations were a real plus. Thank you so much!

We were very pleased with the winemaker's cottage. Very well maintained, tasteful and high-quality furnishings. Regarding the sofa bed, you have to pay attention that you do not lie like in the bed with exit to the respective side, but one towards the wall and the other with exit to the front. It is also, if you look closely at the photos, to be seen in the picture with the prepared sofa bed.

We stayed in Sabine's accommodation for the second time. The cottage is very clean and perfectly equipped with a lot of love for detail. The location is a good starting point for various hikes to the surrounding castles or excursions to the surrounding towns. After an eventful day, you can relax perfectly in the associated sauna. We will also be happy to come a third time!

Myself and my wife traveled from the uk to Christian’s property in rexingen in may 2025 , self check in was easy with a lock box containing the key to the property, Christian was always on hand to answer any questions I had. The home was spotlessly clean and as described in the listing , We felt at home straight away , Everything you need for a stay is provided , Towels , iron , washing machine , tumble dryer bed linen etc etc , It was like home from home , The area is quiet and peaceful because the property is set in a quiet location , most Black Forest attractions are a hours drive or you can take a 5 minutes walk from the property and you are within the forest with various nature walks of different lengths to choose from all starting from the property if you choose not to drive , We had a lovely evening meal in Horb at morgenland but would recommend you book in advance , A lovely weeks stay we had here and would recommend this accommodation,

We had a super nice time in the accommodation and enjoyed the three days all around. The location was perfect for relaxing days and a few nice hikes in the area. The sauna was especially great – ideal for switching off and relaxing. Everything was very quiet, cozy and furnished with attention to detail. The hostess was incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. She immediately responded to messages, was always available and even proactively gave us information, for example, about the weather. When it rained, umbrellas suddenly stood in front of our door – so thoughtful! She also stopped by briefly at the beginning to ask if we needed anything else. You just felt really welcome and in good hands. It was a great experience all around with very likeable, dedicated hosts. We will definitely be happy to come back!

We enjoyed staying at the Sonnenhäusle very much. The house is quiet and you can start hiking right at the door. We also received tips for hikes, which we tested directly and found to be good. 🙂 The house is well suited for 4 adults and the spacious garden invites you to relax. Communication beforehand and at check-in was excellent. The house itself has everything you need and the sauna after a long hike was an absolute treat. We would stay there again anytime!

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

What a wonderful place to gather the 6 of us. We throughly enjoyed the sun room as we had the best weather. We had a few questions and Harald was there promptly for our responses. I would stay again in this lovely little town.
