Passage kitchen only 1.83 Approximately 1300 meters to the Technik Museum/swimming pool, 1600 meters to the cathedral/city center, lots of greenery, the Rhine and Alter Rhein are close by. A guest said I should mention the Rhine bike path, which is also very nice. I have a lockable garage with electricity for bicycles and motorcycles. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Only suitable for allergy sufferers to a limited extent.

It has a large entrance area, a combined kitchen/living room with sofa bed (1.40 m), a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with shower. A cozy spot in the garden invites you to linger. In the village, there is a bakery, butcher, grocery store and a restaurant within walking distance. There are also numerous bike and walking trails.

The approximately 50 square meter attic apartment with a living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is completely designed with oak parquet or old plank flooring. The balcony allows a beautiful view of the spa house and the spa park. Hiking trails, restaurants, thermal baths and shops are within walking distance.

The kitchen is of very high quality & modern design. In the hallway to the bedroom there is also a closet to store clothes. The bedroom consists of a double bed, as well as a closet. Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.

So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. It is located on our separate guest floor, where we rent out additional rooms. If there are more than two people, you can rent additional rooms here Tourist tax must be paid on site There is a bus stop about 10 minutes away towards the town center, but a car is definitely recommended.
