The apartment is located in the center of Speyer, in the courtyard (ground floor) of a listed building, built in 1854 and renovated in 2015. Just a 5-minute walk to the cathedral, to Maximilianstraße (with many attractive shops, restaurants and cafes). In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket and a drugstore, and the Historical Museum of the Palatinate, the Technik Museum and Sea Life are also within walking distance. If necessary, bicycles can be parked in the courtyard.

Sophies Villa liegt in einem Hinterhof, mitten in der Stadt. Im unteren Wohnbereich findest du eine kleine Couch, einen Tisch und 2 Stühle, TV und einen kleinen Küchenbereich. Über eine steile Treppe gelangt man in den Schlafbereich und zum Bad. Da die Treppe sehr steil ist, ist sie nicht für Menschen geeignet, die in ihrer Bewegung eingeschränkt sind. Diese Unterkunft ist auch nicht für Kinder und Kleinkinder geeignet, es keine Sicherheitsabspeerungen im oberen Bereich gibt.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need - except oven or microwave - and there is a table for dining with 4 chairs in the room. The bedroom has a king size bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom is small and has a bathub.
