The cottage is close to Rinkenæs down towards the water in a small fishing village with a cottage colony from the late 1950s There is a small beach with nice water and a bridge (from May 1 - September 30). The house is partially renovated - recycled materials - based on the old house from 1960.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Charming old town house in the historic center of Friedrichstadt. Built in 1876. Completely renovated in 2020. Large bright living room with dining area and open kitchen on the first floor. From there you can access the conservatory with lounge furniture as well as the utility room (with guest toilet). Small but nice, the adjoining garden presents itself. A new wooden staircase leads to the "Holiday Office Workplace," as well as a modern shower room and spacious bedrooms.

The vacation home is located in the small idyllic town of Wasserkoog near the North Sea. The spacious garden offers a wide view towards the southwest of the countryside and the sunset in the evening. If you feel like hustle and bustle, St. Peter-Ording, Husum, Tönning or Friedrichstadt with the many sights are not too far away. The famous lighthouse in Westerhever is very close. On the terrace and around the house you can enjoy the sun all day long in peace.

From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).
