Vacation rentals with a patio in Sucre

Thank you so much Rodrigo for letting us stay at stay at your place. It was amazing! Exceeded our expectations by far. It was a shame we could only stay one night this time. We really want to come back though.

Very nice little space in a quiet street just four blocks from the main square in Sucre. It’s a flat walk along Calle España to the house. The space is a self-continued studio with kitchen and bathroom in a family home. You walk through the front door and patio of the family house but don’t need to enter their living space. The studio is simply furnished but spotlessly clean. The listing says it sleeps 4, but in reality there are two large beds that are “single and a half” (110cm wide). Each bed could potentially sleep two people but it would be a squeeze. Sergio was very friendly and welcoming, and the studio is good value for money. I would stay there again.

Very nice little place in Sucre, it is quite comfortable! About 10min walk from the central plaza, and there is a desk to work from, with great internet.

Adrian's place was very comfortable. everything was clean and Adrian was very responsible and helpful from the start. I recommend reserving your stay here when visiting Sucre. it is close to restaurants and 30 mins away walking to the City Center.

Welcoming and friendly hosts. The apartment was really comfortable and is well designed. The centre is walkable and the bus station is a taxi ride away. Juan communicated quickly and I’m grateful for his hospitality. I highly recommend staying here.

Such a comfortable stay! Amazing hosts! Beds were great! Only thing is that the main door is tricky to use.

Disfruté mucho mi estadía, tuve todo lo necesario a la mano. El sector es seguro y puedes llegar casi a cualquier punto de interés caminando. Martha estuvo siempre disponible para responder a lo que necesité. El jardín es un espacio muy cuidado y disfrutable. El colchón puede ser un poco duro, tener en cuenta si no sé está acostumbrado.

Parce qu’il y a de ces rencontres qui ne s’expliquent pas, et Micky en fait partie. Premièrement, si vous faites le bon choix de sélectionner ce logement, vous aurez à votre disposition une chambre spacieuse, propre, moderne et agréable, qui contient toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour 😎 Il y a même un petit habitant à poil long qui saura vous réconforter pendant votre séjour (sans être envahissant si vous n’aimez pas les chats) 🐱 Deuxièmement, s’agissant de l’emplacement, vous serez à cinq minutes à pied du terminal de bus et à cinq minutes en taxi du centre-ville (20 minutes à pied pour les plus aventuriers) 🤗 Enfin last but not least, vous allez faire la superbe rencontre de Micky qui est un hôte attentionné, qui adore le contact humain sans pour autant vous dérangez. Il vous fera découvrir la ville, ses restaurants et ses incontournables. C’est un garçon passionnant pour qui les voyages sont signés d’échange. Bref ne passez pas à côté 🇧🇴

Dom jest bardzo duzy ma wiele pomieszczeń i pokoi. Przed domem jest malutkie patio. Dom jest blisko historycznego centrum oraz Recoleta. Blisko są sklepy. Minusem jest dość mały parking bo stoi na podjeździe już jeden pick up i wjechać drugim w naszym przypadku trzeba trochę się namęczyć. Jak się ma dużo bagażu nei jest to optymalne rozwiązanie. Drugie auto należy do rodziny właściciela domu, która mieszka w domu przylegającym do tego który wynajmowaliśmy. Auto trzeba też czasem przestawić kiedy drugi pojazd chce wyjechać. Pobyt był krótki ale bardzo przyjemny gdyż właściciel i jego rodzina są bardzo pomocni.

La casa esta bien ubicada cerca de la plaza, todo limpio, fueron flexibles con el check in y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente.

Great, private, and comfortable stay. It is about 15-20 minutes walk to downtown but it felt safe. 15 minute walk from the bus station and 5 minute walk to a laundry service. Isabel was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. I appreciated the warm shower and the mini fridge which kept leftovers and water cold.

Our stay at Andreas house was brilliant! They were extremely attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Great location to the square and extremely clean and always helpful with great response time. Couldn’t recommend a place in Sucre more !

Es cómodo, buena ubicación, la señora Fabiana es muy atenta y amable. Le agradecemos mucho por dejarnos ingresar temprano, ya que llegamos a Sucre por la mañana. Muchas gracias!

Alojamiento muy cómodo, con acceso al centro de la ciudad y lugares para comer, muy limpio o ordenado, horas de llegada y salida accesibles. Fabi una excelente anfitriona.

El departamento es muy bonito y acogedor. La zona es buena, a cinco minutos de la plaza principal. El anfitrión estuvo siempre atento a cualquier requerimiento.

Es war super! Besonders hat uns gefallen, das alles so schön sauber war. Auch die Betten, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, alles war perfekt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich von Celia begrüßt. Sie war während des gesamten Aufenthalts immer für uns da. Hat immer innerhalb von 2 Minuten reagiert und hat dafür gesorgt, das es uns gut geht. Alleine wegen ihr und Ihrer Herzlichkeit werden wir bein nächsten Besuch in Sucre wieder diese Wohnung bei Paul buchen. Danke nochmals an Celia

Milton was very responsive and helpful, and even let us check in a few hours early when the apartment was ready as we arrived off a night bus. His parents live in one of the other apartments and owned a shop above the apartments and were very helpful and always on hand. The only improvement would’ve been a drying rack for the dishes as we had to lay a towel out on the counter top to let the dishes dry on. Overall a lovely stay.
