Apartment is spacious, beautiful and all amenities are there. Parking, towels, toiletries, linens, terraces with furniture, great air conditioning, info in different languages including Dutch and so much more. I can't think of anything that could be better. Apartment itself is in new urbanization where everything seems fine. Communication with Pass The Keys® is very good and smooth. 100% definitely recommended!

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

I was in Miguel's apartment and it was perfect everything was clean and organized the comfortable beds,I recommend this apartment, without a doubt on the next trip to Murcia this series my first choice of accommodation, thank you Miguel

Totally recommended!! The house is beautiful, with all the amenities. Everything was sparkling. He took care of everything, it was like being at home. Everything with pleasure. And Arjan is always available, attentive and communicates quickly. We will definitely be back!!!

Villa was absolutely pristine, couldn't fault it. Location was great for our friends, walkable to restaurants etc. Cannot fault Kari she was a joy to deal with and her villa is exceptional. Our flight was delayed by an hour (not our fault) so charged 35 euros to be let in by the management company when an easy "lock box" would have sufficed. We were on an early morning flight home when apparently there would have been another charge however the company produced a "lock box"! However unfortunately did not text the combination so we left the key in the villa and just shut the door.

Everything is as you expect it, the only minus point are cameras in the living room. Outside of that to be completely satisfied with everything. Very nice location with very nice views from various places. Highly recommended!

If I ever come back to this area, I’ll definitely visit again. Thank you to the kind host for your hospitality.

I had a lovely stay at Pedros apartment and he was very helpful and responsive. The place has everything you need with a comfy sofa and bed. Clean, modern and centrally located.

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

We had an amazing week at the villa. Walkable to the beach, local towns , carrefour, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect inside and out and we had more than we needed. Thank you! We will be back!

Fully recommended house, equipped with all the amenities and very clean, no detail is missing Located in a quiet area, with plenty of gardens to walk in and close to the Mar Menor beach. We will definitely repeat David, Larisa, Atreyu

Sarah is an amazing host. Always at the end of the phone! Villa was very well equipped for all your needs and immaculate. A home from home stay. The place was amazing. It was so clean, spacious, and well-stocked up. It looked more amazing than it did in the photos. The place was well-equipped, the furniture were well-thought-of, and was very well maintained. Everything was clean and everything in the house was working. The garden was also amazing though I think it would be better if there were more lights outside. The host also provided some cold beers in the fridge which I think was a really nice touch. The only downside was that it was far from the city center, so I would recommend having a car if you plan to stay in this Airbnb. But overall, really great airbnb! would love to stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Everything was great! 👍🏻 Very clean, cozy and beautiful, close to the beach, nice host. The only remark - if you are looking for a very quiet place where you can disconnect from the "city" in nature, keep in mind that behind the house there is a highway from which the noise of cars can be heard. This place definitely deserves a high rating.

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. Jesus was very accessible and gave clear instructions. It was nice to walk on the beach and the swimming pool had plenty of space.

Great stay! Very spacious apartment, great for kids with a very secure balcony area. Walking distance to the hotel, paddle courts, boulevard (where there are plenty of restaurants) and the local spar. Would recommend a car hire as there are some fantastic restaurants in Los Alcazares and a great beach with beach bars about 15min drive away! Øystein was so helpful throughout our stay and will deff be back to the apartment in the future :) Thanks again Oystein
