The apartment is part of a new building, built in 2025, has 2 rooms with two double beds and an extendable sofa in the living room. In the kitchen you can find all the necessary utensils for preparing a meal, and you can sit at the table inside as well as at the table on the balcony for a dream view. From the balcony you can see the whole village of Ipotesti, the apartment being on the first floor. The house is 5 minutes from the city of Suceava (center, the fortress of the chair) which ensures a quiet and efficient accommodation.

The cottage made of thick wooden beams, carefully crafted, welcomes you with a warm light and the smell of resin. During the day, the porch is the perfect place for a long coffee and cozy views, and in the evening, the ciubăr becomes the main attraction – a barrel full of hot water, heated by a slow fire, where you can sit and tell stories, watch the stars and listen to the crickets.
