Family-friendly vacation rentals in Subic

It was so clean and the location was also nice I'm thinking of using it again

Like any other houses we booked here at La Serrano, we’re happy with the sleeping capacity and the beds are really comfy. There are rooms for improvement, like the fridge in the kitchen. We booked two houses today and the other house has fully functional fride. This was our 3rd booking at La Serrano, but first time using this unit.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and accommodating from start to finish. The location was convenient and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing trip to Subic. We truly felt at home and would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at this house. The house definitely accommodated all of our needs and Rhoda the caretaker was always quick to help out when we needed anything. The only things to note are that there were a lot of Mosquitos around in December (but they had a zapper inside and some portable zappers for use as well) along with a fire ant colony near the pool that definitely did some damage to our feet one evening... There was also an odd smell of sewage about the place that wouldn't go away... Overall, we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the ability to come back and relax by the pool at the end of the day. Patricia and Rhoda were excellent hosts and we really appreciated their hospitality!

The unit is very big and perfect for a big group either family or friends. The yard is also very big, and overall cleanness is good. Worth the price and money.

We liked the space because it was clean and comfortable. The property is inside a subdivision/village but we only stayed for a night, so the surroundings aren’t really an issue. It’s near a korean convenience store that’s open 24 hours, so we were able to buy some snacks. There are other nearby establishments like banks, and it’s close to SM Clark.

place was nice, clean and close enough to the beach, we did have to pay extra for the extra guests, not sure why, it's not like he had to build extra bedrooms for the extra guests, the price of the stay should have been the price of the stay no matter how many guests.

We enjoyed our stay. Twas comfortable, well-appointed, centrally-located & had all the conveniences of home. Communication was excellent & we appreciated the flexibility and help with arranging transportation to our next destination. Many thanks from our little family, dear sir & madame!

I’m trying to find a complementary word better than amazing . The place is so close to walking st and so quiet . All aircon works well 3 off them . Tv and internet seamless . Can’t finish the review without complementing the host . Just a nice person will to help. He gave me a late check out without a fuss (subjected to next booking ) . Please note has stairs that lead to bed rooms (I just had to take it easy after my turps ) Easy access and secure big gate leading to the residency.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lorena has provided a lovely studio apartment that is fully equipped. The location is ideal for those looking for a quiet safe getaway.

It's a great place to stay if you're planning to visit inflatable island PH! It's conveniently located near the beaches. And the staff was so nice !

Place is very clean and have a good location (can walk only to different places in sbma). Host is also friendly.

I would recommend Han’s unit to friends and family. The unit is exactly as what was posted online. We appreciate the early check-in afforded to us as well as the free passes at the Beach Club during our first day of stay. There are just some suggestions for improvement though for the unit, we’d appreciate if there’s a double lock for the main door as small kids can easily open the door knob and get out, also the clock in the living room was not working. Overall, it was a nice stay at Anvaya.

The stay was great overall. The place was just as described, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. However, something to improve is the cooking ware for replacement. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone to stay and experience the Anvaya.

This place was great! There was designated parking for our vehicle, and our pets were warmly welcomed and well-accommodated. We were even allowed to check in a bit early, and they prepared the room for us ahead of time. Ate Norbie was extra helpful too. It was a peaceful and quiet spot—perfect for me and my family to relax. Salamat po!

Great location for exploring the Freeport Zone. The unit was very spacious and perfect for the three of us. We arrived about 30 minutes earlier than expected, and they kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated not all places are that accommodating.

Except for the fact that the location was a little dangerous at night due to the atmosphere these days, there was nothing wrong.
